It is the day before Thanksgiving and it goes out again. We call and go through all the hoops the service representitive says and still have to wait for a technician to come out and fix it. First available day is Sunday.... 4 day from now. We have 2 college students who need to do homework but now can't because we have no internet service their entire break. We have family coming in for the holidays with no phone.......... Please try a different company. I3 Broadband is new. Maybe them.
