The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. I gave them my payment and since I had never been in the store before they asked what kind of phone I had. I told them I had an IPhone but it was cracked and that I could not get the Protect Cell Insurance Co to call be back to try and replace. I told them how disappointed I was with the company. The told me about the new Edge program that Verizon offers to loyal customers. The associate checked and I was eligible for the program, plus he reviewed my plan and found that I was not using much data, so he got my bill lowered by about $30. How sweet was that. He also gave me suggestions to purchase a phone on Ebay and they could help with changing things over. This guy did not make any money off of me, but he was so helpful. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

They took my old phone to return to Verizon. They never returned it to Verizon. They told me that…read morethey would not fix this because the employee who took my phone wasn't in the office. They refused to even call him to ask where the employee was and where he put my phone. I now am being faced with paying for a phone that was on promotion and also having to lock down my credit and change passwords for every account that I own. Be careful folks. They are stealing phones and passwords from customers. This is not ok. My next stop will be the police station to report their antics. This is not acceptable on any level. They are not a Verizon company store but an authorized dealer which is not the same. I'm on the phone with Verizon trying to figure this out. Hopefully they will fix it but I'm not hopeful.

I said sure, let me get a pen to write it down. He proceeded to say with an extremely condescending tone, "let me just get out my smart phone and use google to find the number. Oh wow would you look at that such a nice webpage for otter box warranties" and then proceeded to give me the number. There was absolutely no reason for him to be rude about it as I was asking a genuine question. Luckily I had a good day today and didn't let him have it on the phone, which is why I decided to leave a review here. If you work in customer service (as I do myself), you really shouldn't take for granted the customers that are nice to you. Do better.
