I guess it's just luck of the draw whether they are going to help you or not. I have been dealing…read morewith the Signarama in Edwardsville and the one in Fairview Height. Apparently thy are brothers and sort of work together. I have been just trying to get an estimate since June 4th. It is now September 29th and I just got accused of leaving today on a set appointment. They have done nothing so far but waste my time over and over again for almost 4 months now, so good luck with your experience.

The store opens irregularly, and doesn't adhere to the posted hours. The owner initially misspelled the sign we wanted, and offered to remake it. When we returned to pick up the corrected signage, the sizing was totally off. We asked for 3x10 and he made a 4x12 sign. Again, we called and asked him to correct it, and he said he would cut it down. From our understanding, cutting it down would alter the design. We told him we didn't want it anymore, and he told us to meet him at the store at 4:30pm and we could get a refund. We arrived on ahead of time, and he was not there. When he finally arrived he refused to issue a refund despite what he said over the phone. We ended up leaving the botched signage there, as it was of no use to us. Furthermore, he charged $50 for the sign, and my Father went and got the sign done at Office Max for $3. The owner has piss poor customer service, and doesn't believe in making sure the customer is satisfied with their product. I will NEVER return to Signarama. The strip mall is dead where it is located, and it's no surprise why this store is always empty. Save your money and go elsewhere. The sign said "Sistah's" which is the incorrect tense and spelling. This was a sentimental adornment for a garden my Mother created to honor her sister who passed away tragically last month. The owner's blasé attitude, and flippant responses to my Mother's request for a refund was uncalled for. I will continue to share her story and I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

After a week I called and asked for an update since nobody contacted me. I was told that a 3rd party actually repairs them and they would get to it next week (no mention of this when I dropped them off). Another week of and a half of radio silence went by so I called again. I was told that the signs were sitting there but she'd have to call me back. When she did she said it would be $350 per sign to repair. My jaw hit the floor. I told her no thanks. The signs don't even cost that much brand new. It sounded like they just pulled a random number out of the air since no effort was made to contact me. When my wife picked up the signs she questioned the ridiculous repair cost and she was told that "they are a pain". Clearly they didn't want my business, so I wish they would have stated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. I have more faith in the customer service from a stoner in a Taco Bell drive-thru than I do from these clowns.
