I recently bought a new house and as I was packing up for the move, I found a couple of items that I bought at charity auctions. I had put them up on the top shelf in a closet. I am sure you know how that goes, out of sight, out of mind. I found; a hockey stick autographed by, Allan Macinnis and a baseball bat signed by the entire team of the 2004 National League Champions. Of course that was the, St. Louis Cardinals. In my old STL home, I displayed all my autographed and other sports memorabilia in my bedroom. In my new house in Illinois, I have a huge family room and plan on featuring my collection there. It's time to let everyone see it, not just those who visit the bedroom. DSC&F did a great job framing the stick. They put it on a royal blue background with a black frame. For the bat, they had a acrylic case that allowed me to display it horizontal or vertical. I choose, horizontal. They both look stunning in my new home and everyone is impressed my collection. Will I return? - Absolutely. I have some wall space to fill and I need a case for a football. When: September 30, 2020 Why: Special framing

Item arrives and I call. Helpful at first. Said they'll send it back and issue a refund. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call back and was issued a refund right there. However, the said they sent my $300 item back to me using postage without tracking. I knew right then I would never see it again. I wait 3 weeks (we all know how USPS can be) and, as predicted, nothing. Now I call and leave messages and cant get a hold of anyone At best they were neglectful is sending my item back. At worst it was never sent back.
