Most recently, I placed an order on July 14, 2026, and as of today, July 30, 2026, it has still not been shipped after 12 business days. Note that they charge the credit card at the time of ordering, not at the time of shipping. While I like their fabrics, don't expect to receive your order within a reasonable time.

Sometimes if order doesn't ship, I have to call them, and then it ships within two days, which indicates that they lost the order or forgot about it. How low can you go, denying that you misrepresented a product in order to refuse a refund, despite pictures that are clearly different! I will never shop there again. In refusing to refund a $17 mistake on their part, they have lost my business forever. I was a very consistent customer for years. But no more.
