I loved what Tiny Little Monster did for the Here for Good campaign. They did an amazing job creating shirts to benefit local businesses who are suffering through the pandemic when they themselves are a small local business just trying to help others. My husband and I bought multiple shirts for our favorite local shops and we loved each design option. I rushed to pick them up after work and arrived 5 min after closing. I called once about a small order and was told what I wanted couldn't be put on a hoodie. I was then told "Baked T's" might be able to help. I came to terms with the hoodie I decided a shirt was fine. I was then told before I said when I needed it by that "Baked T's" was better with quick orders. Once we established they could have it done by the time needed I was told to hold to see if they had an open appointment to discuss 1 shirt being made. I then expressed that I couldn't help but feel like they didn't want my business. If this company ISNT a sister company or owned by the same person "Baked T's" owes them so advertising payment. We did a shipping order to Orlando for our family vacation! We're from NJ and my mom found TLM online somehow. They were very friendly and we loved our shirts but we had 2 problems. 1. They were sometimes hard to get in contact with. 2. Our shirts had these white lines on them that we think was from the screen printing when they arrived. After washing the lines disappeared but when we all wore them on vacation, the lines were there, About the contact issues, TLM was great when you called and had questions. But, sometimes we waited days for responses to our emails. Other days, we sent multiple emails back and forth without a problem. When you could talked to them, they were super nice and patient. However, we found ourselves frustrated that we waited over a week to get a proof (when we had been eagerly awaiting our design). But, the shirts were fabulous. The designers understood what we wanted and created a really cute shirt that met our specifications! The shirts themselves were super soft (some Hanes shirt) and TLM was able to get a range of sizes of us. They also were great in mix and matching products. We got everyonei t-shirts but we got some girls tank tops and long sleeved as well! The shirts looked very well made and we loved them! (the tanks we ordered were also a lighter color than expected but they were an extra so TLM can't be faulted for that!) Do not forget to mention the Yelp Koozie offer. We got 12 adorable koozies to match our shirts for FREE! For the quality, price and design TLM can't be beat! We would absolutely use them again! read more

PIcked up some custom t-shirts today that I had printed for Tween's 13th birthday party coming up. Not sure how I will refer to her on here after this weekend, since I will have two Teens - I guess that will be the least of my worries with two teenaged girls in the house. Don't let my location fool you, this is a legit review. I am the volunteer coordinator for a Los Angeles based dog rescue and we needed new volunteer and staff shirts. We had a great new design and had done our research into the kinds of blanks we wanted to use, but we had a few variations in back design as well as a large variety of colour selections from our crew. None of this was any problem for the nice people at Tiny Little Monster. Their awesomely designed, informative, no BS website is what really caught my attention, and their patience with me and my group, and our endless questions and delays (sorry!) is what convinced me that it was worth waiting for non-local shirts to be shipped to us. The 501c3 discount didn't hurt either. What I'm saying is, I am in LA and I chose to use Tiny Little Monster in St Louis because they are good people, with a great service, and amazing prices, and endless patience and willingness to make sure that everyone is happy. I've always loved the Tenth Life Cat Rescue tshirts, then one day I scored and found the company that silkscreens them. I have purchased a motorcycle tshirt, a boston terrier paint by number tshirt and many onesies from them. The ladies shirts are a nice feminine cut, soft cotton and they pick great color palettes to screen on. The onesies are eye popping, they are the best gift given at baby showers. I had a great experience at this T-shirt shop in Maplewood. The experience of having some shirts made was really easy. I already had the graphic I wanted on the shirts ready so all I had to do was pick the type of shirts and colors I wanted to use. The whole process took 2 weeks from start to finish. I worked with Jenny and Sloan to create tote bags for my business here in STL, and I could not have asked for a better business to work with. They were both attentive, helpful and incredibly thorough. They patiently answered my ridiculous amounts of questions. At first communication was great. I switched printers to them because of cost. Instead of a sample run I was talked into doing an order of 200. Prices did not match original quote, art was half complete, and the shirts which were supposed to be high quality were so thin you could see light threw them. Also, they didn't do double ink like promised. Their solution when I brought my concerns to them, we'll give you a discount the next order, then stopped responding to my emails. I own a small business, so I thought I'd help by using another local business, huge mistake. I was wanted to really like this company. They worked with me on a bandana order...but neglected to tell me the printable area on the 21 inch bandana was 13 inches - so a very large empty border. Had I known this I would not have placed the order. I did find out before the order was printed, and cancelled the order, and was charged a 20% restocking fee. So, buyer, beware!!!!! ....they did refund the restocking fee...so yay for them! read more
