I went back 10 days later (still inside the window) and now only have the option to include in the group order pickup. When I called to ask the company a different question about my order, the customer service basically said, "I don't know. The system is automated so I don't know." I'm not impressed with this company and just hope that the quality will be worth the high prices.

My receipt does show differently. The young lady helping me was pleasant. However, the manager wouldn't speak with me to resolve the matter. Instead, the answer I got was all sales are final.
