I bumped up to two stars because Luke (different electrician) came to fix the problem with the loose wire and he was professional. He agreed that it was unusual to offset the main breaker when the panel had a central position and knock out. He also said he would have separated the neutral wire from the ground wire as a matter of good practice on a new panel. So, if no other company is available, ask for Luke.

They ran fiber two additional poles on the street and then up our property line and to the house. All at no charge. The service was faster than our Charter in Medford and outperformed a Starlink system we tried. Our internet went down and with a quick call the were onsite the next day. Turns out a critter has chewed through a line at the road. A quick fix was put together to get us up and an appointment made for a full fix the next week. Once again crews showed up and got to work. Bang, done. Super polite and easy to work with and for less than any of the other companies we'd tried. Way to go Hunter.

Firstly, they disconnected our phone lines before we made the switch to the new company, proceeded to pretend they didn't know why our phones were working, then after 3 requests to release our phone numbers they finally did so the new company could get our phone lines up and running. Then Hunter asked to come get their equipment from our building which we allowed them to enter and they took the router that the new company just installed! When your business is run 95% on communication with customers and using internet run programs for customer information I refuse to do business with a company that acts so childish because someone decides to change providers. I'm not the only business in this town who is switching because they have had nothing but problems. If I could rate it 0 stars I absolutely would.
