The service was not good from the start (internet). I had their service for 4 months and nothing they told me was accurate. My hot spot did not work, internet was spotty, the pricing was not what they told me. I returned the equipment early, however, i was charged for the whole month. ZERO STARS. T-Mobile in Kingston, NY is the worst for customer service. They have nobody there who can help a customer with a sales question or to solve an issue. The staff won't even attempt to help you. They stand around looking at their own phones, playing games (?) and generally shirking their duties. There seems to be no manager at this location. And T-Mobile is notorious for its billing problems! They charge you for things you don't want, didn't order or changes to your account that are unauthorized. Good luck resolving the issue! Simply the best!!! New gateway WiFi did not work. Went to get replaced. Received above and beyond service from Chris. He was patient, listened to my concerns, and took the time to make me feel like valued customer. He also helped set up new gateway wifi on the spot. Very kind and professional. Saved me the headache of setting up new device (fyi: I'm not tech savvy). This T mobile is by far, an absolute best!!! read more

Don't go here for any type of service. Was having trouble getting my phone to charge. They told me no way to fix, I'd have to buy a new one.. then because they couldn't get it to turn on they couldn't turn of my FindMyIphone so they couldn't transfer my data to a new phone. So they told me to take it to Walmart and have them fix the charging port at the kiosk for $33. And then to come back so they could transfer the info from my phone to the new one. Lol!! How bout I just get the port fixed and then never come here again. Ended getting my next phone night Poughkeepsie. So much better. This place should be closed down for all the sheistery BS read more

I am leaving this review because ONE person there was friendly, helpful and courteous. She worked with us past closing time and didn't try to push us into more than we could spend. However, the men working there are VERY unprofessional and rude. They use foul language in front of customers, didn't know how to treat anyone with respect ( esp the woman co-worker!) I don't think the men know anything about retail sales & customer service. They were looking at their phones almost the whole time. TY Nessa for a good job serving the customers.
