While a representative named Dilton was professional, his colleagues, Alejandro and Roberto, openly snickered and laughed at my comments. This disrespectful behavior was blatantly unprofessional and felt like targeted discrimination based on my age and appearance. It's a very small business so every dollar matters and I was dealing with an issue that could impact my bill for two cycles. Store manager Josh Gaffney stepped up immediately with gracious professionalism neutralize my frustration very quickly and made it clear that solutions would be forthcoming. I watched as he coached a team member through the steps of how to handle a situation like mine and he was a very clear, methodical thoughtful mentor Sharing system sensitive insight with the staff member as well as technical wisdom. I learned from observing him. Sometimes these things can take a very long time, because of Josh's assistance the whole issue took less than half an hour. There was a follow up step necessary and he indicated he would make sure to until completion if I needed to return to the store. I appreciate it professional as well as his knowledge and felt respected and seen in the wake of what would otherwise have been a frustrating and time-consuming issue.
