The dudes here are super friendly, but the guy I worked with didn't really know what he was doing. I got overcharged for a phone and after an hour of trying to get it sorted out (not counting the drive there) I was told my bank needed to sort it out. I guess this isn't an isolated incident either. The dude openly told me he did the same thing recently. He must be cutting corners and things end up not being logged in the system. Terrible customer service. Staff very untrained and uninterested in helping solve any problems.

I have been trying to get help replacing my broken phone for over 3wks now. I cannot get ahold of any managers. No one ever gets back to me like that say they will. I will absolutely NEVER return to this location again. I am 8mths pregnant & keep reiterating the fact that I NEED a new phone like ASAP. TOTALLY FED UP WITH THESE GUYS. Seriously considering going back to my old carrier & they charge like 5 times more than what I pay with Metro PCS. I have no good words for this location!!!!! read more

I was on my way to the south center Metro PCS when I saw this one by my house. I stopped in to see about getting a new phone and plan. The girl the was so super friendly and helped me find the right phone for me! She let me know that one phone had a terrible camera, the others speakers were not so great, and one had shitty memory. Horrible experience. I have been going to this particular MetroPCS store for the last 5 years and never once have I had such a horrible rude salesperson as I did today. She said her name was Yessika. She would not let me ask a question, and kept talking over me. She told me she already knew what I was asking but would not let me correct her when she was wrong. Every single time I tried to explain to her what I was trying to ask her, she rudely interrupted me and would not let me finish my sentence. I finally walked out and went to the store on Rainier Avenue where the service was excellent. I will never go back to that store. I have never been treated so horribly by a salesperson. read more

OK THIS IS LONG ONE BUT PLEASE TAKE THE OMLY FEW MIN TO READ AND PUT IN YOUR SHOES..This store lucky to even get one store. You management like ANDREW KERSTETTER you are in big trouble. Guy was 4sure picked on thru life and probably highschool 4sure. Never been treated,lied too,and perposely messed with in my life. All on camera and caller ID. Had a friend call in for my pregnant wife twice he lied both time i not there so as one friend took wife to hospital another friend had to come to store to get because of this one person they actually have as they're manager. Unreal. Not only that night be4 cause was closing he. Said be more than happy to switch out phones cause of the problems that kept happening and even happened once with him right there. So then it turned into I can get you another one but take a day or two cause hav to order it, so whatever I agreed even tho we know was a lie. Then more time goes by as he is messing with my phone and he without say ING anything we erased all that was on the phone and then it turned into "well can't do anything for you it's fine so you can't get a another one". Craziness...... Shall we sit there for a day or two to wait for more problems to happen sense happen once all ready in store with him using it. Never once wrote a bad review untill now cause this was unreal. Lil does he know I'm a manager myself and this 4sure not customer service and specially how to train a brand new emplee. Now sure some people might not care about this post but there still will be hundreds of more that will and will not go to that. Store but another or even worse not even switch to there Network all because of one person. Was basically acting like it was his personal phone. The store was not gonna loose out cause all they do is send it back fix it and resend it to be sold. I really just hope real manager See's this and reports to even a higher manager bc a demote him or let him know as us managers do, something like this happens again your terminated. if there was another real manager there I prob say he that would of been his last day.
