The store is a little pricey but it is Nike. I think it would be nice if the employees dressed in a way where you can tell who works there and who doesn't. There was a gentleman dressed in Nike apparel and I wondered why he didn't help me when I walked in then there was another person that had on clothes that didn't look as professional. I walked up to the gentleman and he let me know he didn't work there and that the other guy did. After he walked off we both joked how it's hard to tell who worked there since he didn't have on a name tag or anything... but all in all it is a nice store.

They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. I'd only heard about Anthropogie online and hadn't been to a store before, so when I saw there was…read moreone nearby, I had to stop in. There is so much to look at, from clothes, shoes and purses to furniture, pillows and mirrors. I really loved a lot of they styles they had too. Some of it was very bohemian, which is right up my alley. When I looked into the story behind Anthropologie, I found the creator (Dick Haynes) had women who were creative, affluent, and educated in mind when creating items. He also had the age range of 30-45 in mind, which I am close to, so I guess I fit right into who he was trying to create for. I really loved their plus sized dressed, but I will need to save up a bit for those as most of the ones I liked were about $200. Even if it's not cheap, it's nice to have another option for plus sized items that I could use for a night out. So if you haven't checked out Anthropologie, I'd recommend it.

You will find an emerald green velvet dress with leopard print sleeves - YES! It will look beautiful and it will probably be expensive. Now this unique dress you found will probably be made of polyester or some other man made fabric. It will be low quality. It won't wash well. It will make you hot and sweaty when you wear it. It will have harmed the environment in the making of it and will sit in a landfill slowly rotting and wasting space. The store is fun to browse. It's colorful and full of powerful smells. It's like walking through a souk in Marrakech. Occasionally you will find a cool kitchen tool or birthday card but truly nothing useful other than hair scrunchies, claw clips and lip balm. Service... what service? I've been shopping here since 2014 and have never been asked if I need help. You will see staff behind the register, in the dressing room area or about the store stocking items or decorating. Not one will look up at you. Seriously... if they are helping you it's super quick (a plus) but there will be no friendly banter. The best thing about this store is the holiday window display. Last year it was a miniature Sailor and Soldiers Monument with the Christmas lights strung on it. Very cool. Glad the profits from the emerald dress went to that... my kid loved looking at the window. This year the display includes odd looking penguins. To sum it up - fun for looks and that's about it.

The owner has been evasive and misleading...saying he can't find a record of my order. Very unprofessional. Terrible way to do business to be so sneaky and shady. I'm glad that at least that happened and that the owner finally followed through on what he said he would do. However, it still does not explain why a business accepts funds for a discontinued product and then ships something else entirely knowing it's not what the customer ordered. But when buying fishing lures for $15.00 each I'm doing it for a reason; I want something specific and the principal of the matter stuck in my craw. For a high-end fishing lure company this should be a no-brainer and the policy (the owner stated as much) of just shipping 'something close in your case' is b.s. They called and left a voicemail letting me know that was not repairable. While being told that news was frustrating, the main issue is what happened next. After returning from a vacation, I went to pick up the device, I was told they had already gotten rid of it - without ever asking for my permission. This was only a couple of weeks after drop-off. The Joy-Cons were still fully functional, and many other components of the device were intact, that could have been salvaged. Regardless of how a repair turns out, this shop has no right to get rid of a customer's belongings without clear consent. I was never asked, never notified, and given no opportunity to retrieve what was still valuable to my wife. I paid for a diagnostic, not for my belongings to be taken and sold for their recycling parts, for the shop's benefit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their electronics being treated with basic respect.

They quoted the phone had scratches and that further diminished the values. There was no scratches that you could see from holding the phone in all directions from 8 inches away from your face. I then took it to Indy phone doctor and when I told them that they told me that my phone had a bad battery because it was at 80% battery health he actually started laughing out loud for several minutes.... I'll let this review speak for itself. He bought the phone from me for $350.00 cash after he was done laughing. Also before I sold the phone for $350.00 to the fully humored and kind and HONEST person, I called 2 other places that quoted me $300.00 and $330.00 for the same phone...
