Went in for an upgrade for my daughter, as I walked in the 1st rep was finishing up with a customer and the other one was available I walked over and seemed to ignore me, I patiently waited for her to greet my daughter and I and nothing, didn't seem interested. Once Lizz dismissed her customer she greeted us and helped us with what we needed. Lizz made us feel welcomed and had the customer service in her unlike the other girl that was there, Lizz had a very friendly demeanor. One of the male coworkers that was leaving even acknowledged us and greeted us. If anyone goes to this store and Lizz is there I 100% recommend you wait for her and give her your sales, this girl deserves it and will help you out! I went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. The reps that assisted were very unprofessional and not 100 % forthright with the deal they were giving us . First off, They messed with my daughters password to her phone and were unable to successfully transfer the data. A new employee handled the phone and erased the password. My daughter could no longer access /open the phone. The rep directed her to "just go to geek-squad or Apple Store to have them fix it." What should have been a 1hr deal turned into a 2 day problem having to get assistance from Best Buy geek squad and finally the Apple Store in the end . The deal they gave us was to Add 1 line to my existing plan which in which would make my device cheaper and did not mention the 15$ additional charge per month to my bill. As I was walking out in a rush he handed me 2 SIM cards , meaning 2 additional lines added to my account! We were already irritated with what they did to the phone and we just headed out. There were a couple of other problems that we ran into and had to get assistance with a Tmobile rep online to match the IME #'s to the correct phone etc. FINAL SUGGESTION: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE all they care about is getting their deal finalized for their commission. read more

This customer starter talking to rep, pretty much talking her way to be assisted next.and cut in front of me and 2 other customers. I had to speak out on this. Liz claims the person who cut had an appointment. Little did she know that we overheard her whispering to the cutter "I got you" meaning, she would assist her right there and then,right after cutter said she would be back cause she didn't want to wait because the line was too long and they'd been waiting a while already.Liz's partner had already made it clear to Liz who was next in line previously. I spoke out about that and red Liz still stated cutter had an appointment. Things got heated between us 2 customers to the point that a fight could have started and cutters left the store. Cutters left the store saying" we are leaving, we are not fighting over a watch". I told the cutters husband or boyfriend that they were wrong for cutting and they should wait their turn just like everyone else in there. Buyer beware. The two week trial for home internet is a scam. They have charged me, refused to credit me, the. The customer service said don't pay and it will credit this month. I decided to pay it a few days after my cell bill paid because I don't want bad credit for their scam. So today I get my new bill. They prorated the home internet even though it was a two week free trial and I only kept it a week and they also hit me with a 7.00 late fee for something I don't owe. It's been about 15 days since my phone was ordered at the store and it still hasn't been delivered. I was double billed for the initial charges. I disputed the double charges with my financial institution and credit card company. I've made at least 3 visits to this store and made multiple phones calls to the store and to customer service. I've spoken to multiple employees trying to get my phone. The last thing I was told was my phone was sitting in a UPS location. I've received no emails from T-Mobile and UPS to let me know where my phone is or if it was delivered. At this time I've been double billed, have not received my phone and can't create an account with them until I have my phone. I've contacted my financial institution, credit card company, city business license department, better business bureau and department of consumer affairs to make complaints. Tomorrow I will be contacting the FTC and an attorney to assist me. I didn't read Google or Yelp reviews prior to visiting this T-Mobile store. My mistake. When I checked later, I found numerous 1 star reviews on the store. I was also told by 2 customer service representatives that this store is a third party store not a corporate store. The store has an agreement with T-Mobile to sell the products. Both representatives told me I should visit the corporate store in Bear Valley Road in Victorville. The promotions are not what they explain they do. they are not upfront with what is really going to happen, no matter how many questions you ask I got involved in a promo thr associate was trying to push a new phone, my old phone was fine but he assured me that in order to get this phone he would have to add another line . And he referred to it as working the system but I would be able to drop that one line in a few days. I'm very disappointed in the way that this store handles issues that they created for their customers. The associates don't have a clue about what they are doing. In less than a month I had to go in more than 3 times for screw ups the associates did on my account and everything is noted on my T-Mobile account. Yet no one has bothered to fix the errors. Due to Ricardo the Associate Manager lied my monthly payment went up by almost $400 just on equipment because he lied about the in store promotions they had in store! And Paul the Manager didn't care to jump in and help the customer when he saw that his associates were wrong and even when I made an appointment with him to fix he issues he had Ricardo try to take care if it. So why in the world did I have to wait 3 days to be able to meet with Paul when he wasn't going to help me?! When I walked in to see him, he was surprised when I said I had an appointment with him even though I had spoken to him on the phone. ANYWAY....every time time that I went in for assistance I kept getting told that the credit was going to apply next month when I was already able to see that there was no credit. Ricardo kept saying I promise they will not charge you, you will receive credit. Yet, I doubted all along because all the times I was there trying to fix this and return anything that wasn't going to be credited before the buyers remorse period ended customers came in to complain about how they were told their bill was going to be X amount and it was more, all the time their response was you will see it kick in the next billing cycle and that is how they lied. I was told the same thing and guess what, no credit came, nothing of what Ricardo assured me was free was not free and I waited like he said for the next billing cycle and yet still no credit and guess what, the buyer's remove period ended. I got lied big time and I am so upset about that. The last visit I was there trying ro return what I could (which didn't happen) he said to my face "I didn't say that". I had a witness with me all the times that I was at this store and heard Ricardo said if you get a new phone, you will get the accessories for free, a new watch and it also comes with FREE trackers. I didn't want the trackers in the first place and guess what he said? He said that I had to get them because it was part of the promotion and not to worry that they were free! Why did he use the word "FREE" if it is not free! It is free when nothing has to be paid for it. It is not free when it is added to the account and billed monthly, that is not free! Did he forget to mention they are not free, that I was going to get a monthly charge until they get paid off? No, he didn't! And I'm sure this happened to many as I hear other associates giving the same speech to other customers. I asked him at least 3 times to confirm I understood what he said. I should of recorded him! that way when I went back the 4th time and he said to my face "I never said they were free" I could of said are you sure about that?
