Absolutely the WORST phone carrier. The service is horrible. I keep getting dropped calls and many…read moreof my family and friends cannot reach me. They receive a message stating that the person you called is not available or the phone number does not exist. I was given a ticket number, only to be told the following week that my issue was resolved. It was not; it's worse! Today, I asked the initial phone rep to speak with a supervisor. She said that their system was down. Then I asked to be transferred to someone who could actually address my concerns. I asked for her name, and she promptly disconnected me. I'm switching today! DO NOT USE T-Mobile!

Of course when you finally break free, the most important decision is your internet provider. It's the heartbeat of any sound entertainment/communications hub and shouldn't be taken lightly. With Comcast gone, I chose T-Mobile 5G Internet and so far, I've been very pleased. Since I'm not running an underground movie studio or training for the Gamer Olympics, T-Mobile has been terrific supporting our phones, computers and streaming services with only slight variation in speed and dependability... or at least no more than Comcast. The Hub took all of ten minutes to install and connect to our devices. Trust me, I don't work in IT and it's still a snap. The real advantage is financial, $50 per month with taxes, fees and equipment included versus $140+ all in for Comcast. The only question is whether the service is available in your area. Give T-Mobile a call, it only takes five minutes... unless you hate saving money. Five easy stars.

I also needed a USPS postage label to return my old phone for trade in credit. When I walked into this store there were only two people in there: the manager "A" and an associate "Z" The manager was clearly more interested in looking at her phone than assisting me so I approached the associate and began explaining my situation. When A did finally engage with a question because Z was unsure what to do, I took a few steps towards her so I could hear and continued speaking but was discourteously interrupted and scolded about where I was standing. (There's an open floor plan in this store and no clear indication about where one may or may not stand so I was surprised and confused by her angry tone). The manager then proceeded to advise me multiple times that she could refuse service to me which seemed very unreasonable and impolite. Fortunately Z continued helping me, he printed the shipping label and we got the number transferred successfully. Z was polite and courteous and I appreciated his assistance. I had planned to buy some accessories but ordered them from Amazon instead. I also tried to contact the owner at an email provided in response to another poor review about mistreating a senior and there's been no response.

Had I been an authorized user I would have been able to keep my pristine number, instead of the well known( by scammers and telemarketers) one that I inherited. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly, I regret that I don't recall his name. My next visit here was to bring a family member who needed a new phone and carrier. She tried to buy a phone through her old provider, and encountered many problems and discrepancies with her longtime and well known company. I suggested trying T- Mo and brought her to this store. Dana and Jerome assisted her, and she got a great deal on an iPhone 6. She was able to open up her own plan, a 55+ senior one that I was not eligible for. But I was able to jump onto hers! She had almost no data on her old plan and it was over $50 per month, on this it's unlimited and about $35. I would say I am a fan of T-Mo in general and this location to be specific. They seem to take customer service seriously, which was not the case with another carrier we also visited on this day.
