This review is from last Friday (10/14). I visited this location a few times and have been pleased with the service I received. So, last week I upgraded to the new iPhone thru the T-Mobile online sales and once I received the phone visited this store for assistance. The sales rep was a young lady and I told her my dilemma on transferring my info on my iTunes/iCloud. She quickly looked at the phones and informed me she'll be able transfer everything onto the new phone. The whole process took 7 minutes. She was helpful with purchase and applying the screen protector on the phone. I was out the door in approximately 10 minutes. My experience with T-Mobile at the Greenwood Ave office in Hamilton NJ. Do not go to this location for one, they are a privately own office, are unprofessional and they do not help the customer in any way possible.. I have been with T-mobile since 1999 and have never experienced such horrible service. I will never go there again. Despite a lot of ups and downs with my experience it had 0 to do with the staff. They went above and beyond to try and make a horrible, unexpected scenario the best they could. Yes, I spent a decent amount of hours there but with their empathy, compassion and doing everything they possibly could to make sure my needs were meet goes beyond the typical service expected. After an unpleasant experience at the Princeton store, we came all the way to Marketplace in Hamilton because of wonderful past experience. Tom and David were just amazing. Knowledgeable, patient and helpful. No pressure. Just gave you all the facts so you make your beat decision. Far worth the drive. Lamark is fabulous as well. read more

Never going in to this T-mobile ever again. I went in to speak about possibly switching from Verizon to Tmobile and the staff was rude. When I asked for a manager, he was no better. I think his name was David and when I had explained to him that his staff was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and snarky, he clearly implied that it was me who had an attitude and was being rude. A few of my friends told me not to go to this location but i was in the area and it was the most convenient for me at the time. The worst customer service I've ever encountered and quite frankly, it turned me off from Tmobile completely. If this is how your retail centers treat and speak to their customers, I cant imagine what kind of disrespect the company behind them treats their customers with. I switched to AT&T. read more

I wish I could leave no stars as a review that's how bad this experience was. I visited this store within the last 2 weeks to hopefully upgrade my phone, due to the merger and no local sprint stores in my area I went to my local T-Mobile, where they said they in fact help Sprint customers, the manager on that day tried to tell me that my bill was much higher then it was reflecting on my app and that I could not use my phone as a trade in when I was told I could by sprint and a T-Mobile rep at another location but they didn't have any Sprint phones in stock . Due to the lies I was told I inevitably switched phone carriers that quoted me a much lower rate a month. read more

I went to the T- mobile located in the Hamilton Marketplace today for what I thought was going to be a fairly routine visit. The service was appalling and the manager was unbelievably rude. My problem was not resolved and I will not be returning. I may even change my cell phone service I'm so mortified. Absolutely unacceptable. Really disappointed. read more

I've had tmobile my entire life and I just moved here from out of state and I was hoping to upgrade my phone and get a new number. The man that helped was very cocky and arrogant, I believe he was the store manager. His name was Dave. He seemed very unapproachable and like he would rather not be at work helping customers. When speaking to he came off like a know it all. He didn't help me at all. I actually switched to metro and had a way better experience there. read more

I went to T-Mobile in Marketplace Hamilton NJ. As soon I stepped in the store and a pleasant young man with first name starts with "T" called out if he could help me. I was very satisfied that he helped me with what I needed for my 90 years old mother. The store is very clean and I watched them sprayed and sanitized everything between customers. That puts me at ease knowing that the store takes it seriously and helped to protect the customers and the employees. I highly recommend this store. I purchased a new phone and prepaid for 12 months of a "pay as you go plan." I had trouble placing and receiving calls from my house. Had the same problem trying 3 different phones, so the problem was with the TMobile service, not the phones. TMobile said their cell service was only "fair to good" in my area. My phone only worked sometimes. Often It did not. TMobile could not rectify the problem. Unbelievably, they still refused to refund the money I had prepaid for the service they were unable to provide. They also refused to refund the money I paid for the phone that was locked to TMobile. What was most inexcusable, they were even unable to provide the unlocking code so I could use my phone with another service. Although the employees were very understanding of the problem, there were totally unable to do ANYTHING to help me. read more
