On 12/29/2024, I ordered a phone by calling T-Mobile. I already had a business line. The T-Mobile representative quoted me a rate plan that was less than what I was paying. I called T-Mobile about my February bill on 2/9/2024 and spoke to Grace. I asked why my bill was so high and I was told by Grace to not pay my phone bill and that she would give me a call back with a resolution. Grace called back a few days later and confirmed that the call was reviewed and that my bill should have been lower. Grace told me for the second time to not pay the bill and that she will give me a call back. I have never received a call back from Grace with a resolution as promised despite the several messages sent to her asking to give me a call back. My business phone is not in service because T-Mobile wants me to pay more than what I was quoted. On 3/27, I was told that I was misquoted and that I would not pay less than $ 147/monthly. I would not have signed up for that. Therefore, please review the call from December 29th, and call me back with a resolution so that I can pay the correct balance and go to a different phone carrier. Thanks! The Graham,WA Tmobile store took advantage of my wife in this store. Gave her a phone, 2 GPS trackers and a watch and said it was a promo on them and said it would be no additional cost to our monthly bill. Just pay taxes today. Our bill went mysteriously from $119 to $301 per month. We took the stuff back and they charged us a restocking fee for unopened merchandise. But I called corporate and they took care of us and refunded the restocking fees. Moral of the story..don't be upsold without completely understanding especially at the Graham Tmobile store. Negative stars .... Worst experience! The employee in the store would not even attempt to help us. I had 3 lines with sprint I took two line to Verizon the third line was my dad. He wanted to go with t-Mobil. We asked the store to open a T-Mobile account for my dad and carry his sprint number over. Last night I broke my phone and was in a hurry to get a new one. The screen was cracked and the charger port didn't work. We pay monthly for insurance/jump so we expected to have some options for getting it replaced. Originally we went to the T-mobile on meridian by the Red Robin, but after getting pretty rude service and being told we didn't have any options because we couldn't use neither our insurance or our jump. She said no jump because the screen was cracked and no insurance because we took the SIM card out to dry it (it had gotten wet when it broke). I understood the explanation but the lady helping us was just really rude about it. She was getting ready to ring us in for a brand new phone when we didn't want to purchase one. My husband just said we needed to leave real fast. We decided to go to a different location to talk to somebody more pleasant about different options and what not. We ended up at the 224th location as we lived close by and new that the store had just opened up and wanted to give it a try. When we first went in the place was empty. We weren't really sure about it just because the women seemed a little off, like she didn't want to deal with us or something. But after talking for a few minutes she opened up a bit and ended up really sweet and friendly. We joked around a bit and she explained to us everything we could do, why, and what the best options were. Very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. There was a line behind us and we were still making a decision so we decided to let them go first. By the time we were ready to go a new worker came in and helped us out. He was super nice and made it a great experience. Helped us out with getting a brand new phone and made sure we got the best deal we could. I really wish I could remember the name of these two because they were awesome. The women had black hair and the guy was blonde (Dakota maybe?). But anyways, these two definitely deserve a raise because they made our day. We walked out really happy and they made breaking a phone a lot less terrible. Thank you for everything! This place deserves a 5 star, but I would give the meridian location less. read more

I wanted to cancel my line with t mobile so I requested too with one of the employee that worked here. Three to four weeks gone by and I got a bill showing up in my bank stating it's from t mobile. I called customer service to see what is going on, I was told that it just recently got cancel. This makes no sense since I did a walk in to cancel my policy about three to four weeks ago! Then I was told I will be credit $30? I was billed $120 and I'm only getting $30?!?! Am I a joke too? I should copy and paste this to every t mobile store here in Washington state! Is seems if you wanted to leave a carrier Like t mobile they'll do they're best to skim you of every dollar. read more
