I see the previous review and my experience was very different. After a horrible experience with the Damascus store that spanned several weeks, it took one visit to this store and my bill was fixed. I was very upset when I arrived at the Germantown location, my bill was almost $100 too high due to issues with the acceptance of my veteran status. The manager, Daryn(?, I can't find his card) and his staff could have answered my initial question "who is the regional manager for the Damascus store?" and let me leave but instead, they asked how they could help and proceeded to not only show sincere interest in resolving the matter but went above and beyond to make sure that my status was updated, and my entire bill was correct otherwise. My experience at this location restored my hope that T-Mobile will be able to deliver on their customer service claims. read more

This is one of the worst experience I encountered in a long time. The representative there treated me very poorly. She disrespected me and talked down to me. She humiliated me in front of your staff and customers . I was there to purchase a phone under my daughter's account. Unfortunately this never took place because of the female workers behavior. After 8 years of overpaying with mediocre signal strength, I went to this place for the switch, while realizing how low my bill was, I was very satisfied by the customer service provided by Gilbert and his team. This prompt us for a second time to switching our phones again, after apple did not have the new iphone 14 due to shortages. Same great service, we got the phones we wanted! Dishonest costumer service!! Even in your profile explain you don't need to trade any device, they ask you for it!! When you ask for specific phone "free" when you sign for 24 months, the answer is not available in the store, when it is. I found out myself when I spoke with different associate. I recommend better order or do upgrade online, plus you'll save $30.00. read more

Yesterday I was in this branch of the store for the 3d time since early December. The first experience was the best. From there, it went downhill. The second time I waited, when it was my turn, they called me something that was not a name. They told me that they couldn't help me. Yesterday, they had a few customers ahead of me who were waiting for assistance. I had waited at least two hours before I was told that they couldn't help me and that I needed to call customer care. In the interim, at least four people came in the store, and left when they couldn't be helped. Because I often use a cane that can be converted to a seat, one of the other customers let me go ahead of him. When I told the representative what I needed, he told me I needed to contact Customer Care. Why don't they ask their customers the reason they came into the store, and actually listen to the answer?! IMO, if this branch is to stay in business, they need to ask their customers WHEN THEY ARRIVE the PURPOSE of their visit!! IMO, the staff at this store needs either training or re-training re: customer service! This branch of T-Mobile is going to hemorrhage customers if they aren't either trained or retrained. All I am trying to do is return the second router, which was sent to me in error to the company! Just take the router, give me a receipt, and return it yourselves if you can't print a label.
