Worst service ever. Switched from Verizon for promotion of free Hulu and lower rate. They never were able to connect Hulu and said it was an ongoing problem. Within only several months with comparable service bill was higher. Spent so much wasted time resolving everyone with no resolution. Verizon service is much better. read more

Customer service is definitely lacking. I went in to exchange my home internet device for a mobile device. I had been told that this would be an easy transaction but instead I was told that it wasn't possible. I was told a new device would be mailed to me even though I told him I was leaving the area that day and it would be a bit before I got to my next address. My entire time here was a waste. read more

Horrible service. Issues with phone service and they just said they don't know and I should go to Apple. It's my phone service and they are the provider. Also out of screen protectors. If I could leave zero stars here I would. Came in for a defective SIM card and was met with an unnecessary charge. When explaining my issue to the sales person (who wasn't a manager) I got nothing but pushback from her. Manager was not on duty at the time. Ended up leaving after receiving no help at all and headed to another t mobile store where my issues were resolved without any pushback. Customers should beware of this location. You are better off driving over to Preston and Stonebrook in Stonebrook Center. read more

I had a warranty issue and T-Mobile made me send phone replacement to this location for pick up. The store was very busy and only had 1 person working . He got my phone from the back and brought it out. He then told me I could not have it because the system was down and I would have to come back Monday. Apparently the store is holding my warranty phone hostage Due to ineptness in laziness. read more

I came in today to me a witness to a friend who was assisted by BRANDON, he was rude and inconsiderate, didn't let me know until it was convenient for him that he couldn't help me, then proceeded to tell me in front of MULTIPLE people " Bitch the world doesn't revolve around you. This store gave me a damaged phone on a jump trade in ( there was a permanent thumb print on the inside of the screen by the home button that wouldn't wipe off ) and told me it was new . And because " they had just opened it " ...told me I had to pay their $50 to return to stock and exchange for a new one .. ,Called corporate who then credit me the $50 To return it back to this location and advised I go to an actual corporate location for future reference .. and avoid this 3rd party T-Mobile location ... This guy inside told me he was the Manager "Neely Blackman " but he had 0 customer service , no name tag , no business card etc ... , then had the audacity to tell me he couldn't see the damage to the screen / aka the permanent finger print ..
