The Internet is constantly dropping (probably from a cheap gateway modem's router). I tried to login so that I could put the modem into bridge mode and none of the usual logins work. The ip login page is also 192.168.1.254 strangely. I called their tech support to fix it. After talking with the woman she tells me they have to call me back 5 minutes later after verifying my account. She called me back just to say that she has to escalate the issue and I would be called back again at an unknown "later time". All of this garbage just to find out modems login. I'm leaving this company as soon as my contract is up.
