But, be aware that you will not get the deals here on phones and accessories that you can get by calling t-mobile directly or by shopping Amazon or other discount sites. 90% of the time you will pay full or close to full retail at this store, and even specials are based on a much higher baseline price than you can find on-line.

My advice... call T-mobile, don't go to the store, at least not this one. They were extremely unprofessional to me even when I called back to ask more about the plans, and you want to know why? Because they saw me go into the Verizon store directly across the street from them. Like I'm not allowed to shop around. Very rude! Never go to this store. I'm a T-mobile customer now too. Second time with them, but I joined by phone through their sales customer service. It's not the company or their service. Just the rude, unprofessional retail workers at this store. They even refused to let me speak with the manager, after they teated me the way they did. Was the manager in on their behavior? Seriously, call T-mobile's sales line or go online to their website, but avoid this store at all cost.

Dishonest and awful. Overall they have no accountability, lack of professional customer service,…read moregodawful diagnostics, and abysmal integrity. To be precise, my mother went in to have my brother's Switch repaired, which to anyone obvious it's a USBC-Port issue which Google claims UBreakiFix can in fact fix - they don't ask any questions, plug a chip into the device, claim it's the battery, then take the device. She paid 140, wasn't even called that the repairs were done, then after picked up and plugged in at home, the Switch still doesn't work. She calls, no refunds, they tell her they can't do USBC repairs, which is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of offering at least half the 'repair' price back or the entire thing free of charge since they didn't even fix the issue, they simply say 'no can do'. These guys could've at least tested after 'repair' that the battery was even the issue and gave a call and stated so, even directed us to another place that has people who do microsoldering to fix the issue, because the issue CAN be fixed - they either don't have anyone with the knowledge to do the repair or quite frankly, they enjoy ripping people off. Multiple negative reviews that exist about UBreak follow this trend, so our fault I guess, but DO NOT take your devices here if you want honest work done. These guys will rip you off; fail to fix the issue, do nothing, pretend to be courteous in a response to their negative review, and overall fail to make up for their shortcomings. DO NOT take your devices here.

Come the day that I finally get setup on 20 August, the service itself was unbelievably slow. I had to go with a 100 mbps speed because that is the current limit at my apartment complex, but I was assured it would meet all my needs with my devices and activities, so I went for it. In less than 24 hours, I cancelled my service because I could not stand the buffering, delays, and colossal speed on just my computer alone. To make matters worse, you'd think they'd have some policy for new unsatisfied customers who are looking to cancel their policy in less than a day. Instead, their way of saying bye is charging you for their service for the next 30 days even if you aren't using them anymore. Their excuse? "We are here for you in case your future provider doesn't meet your expectations until the service is cut off." CenturyLink didn't meet my expectations, and I was lied about how good the speeds were. I shouldn't be punished by paying 30 days of service!!! Even if another company didn't provide what I wanted, I wouldn't resort going back to them! First and last time ever using CenturyLink! Good riddance.

There was a line out the door and Dylan was calm cool and collected, and taking the time that every customer needed to feel seen and heard. Then after waiting for a sec, Matthew helped us set up a service that fit our needs and we felt no pressure to buy more than we wanted. He was super helpful and made the process seamless. He made sure we were taken care of and took the time to explain everything to us to make sure we understood how to set everything up. Everyone else at the store seemed to be in the same vein too, very good at providing a quality service. Hats off to the people at the university park xfinity, they handled a lot of people very well and Dylan is doing a great job as a manager. If you need WiFi consider going here!

"Sorry, we just don't care so go somewhere else. Sorry you…read moreare stupid." Just terrible. Last year, I went to this store to buy an iPhone 14pro. They said they couldn't get any but I could by the 14 plus. I didn't care about the difference in cameras so I bought it. Purchased their "lifetime replacement" screen protector on their recommendation so I wouldn't have to worry about it again. Went back in today as my screen protector had some cracks and they told me to go pound salt. The very kind employee tried to help me and then.... enter management. The manager came out and spent 5 minutes talking down to me and then talking crap about the iPhone 14 plus and how no one bought them (what???) and so although they had screen protectors that fit my phone, they wouldn't honor their lifetime guarantee and I should go to another store and try my luck there. Not one "I'm sorry" or "this is on us." He made it utterly clear that I was an idiot for buying this phone as well as anybody else who did, and he gave no s$&ts that I gave them $40 for a $8 part or that they had promised to replace it. Didn't care that I had bought 4 phones from them in 4 years. Didn't care didn't care didn't care. Awesome. I pointed right at their lifetime guarantee sign set just 5 feet away and he just shrugged and made it clear I was being unreasonable. Never going back again. The statement seems to be "you are stupid for coming into our store, and if you don't know everything about phones, too bad dummy." Utterly disgusted and disappointed. The employees themselves are kind and accommodating. I like brick and mortar stores and go out of my way to give my money to the locations that I know. I had been coming here for 5 years and spent thousands. This manager has convinced me that I should never step into another AT&T ever again and just go to Amazon. In fact, I'm clicking buy now on my second screen as I type this. Nice job AT&T. Another customer lost. I'll start carrier shopping..... now.

No, his best interest is selling as much as he can without having to go into much detail about it. I can take the blame for not questioning the charges or inquiring in more depth about certain product promotions, but I have to say I'm just not happy being with Verizon any longer. When I arrived home my iPhone had a very bad signal and I was unable to even send a text. I returned to the store and the iPhone settings were changed and I was told that it should work now. Same problem when I arrived back home so I took the MiFi out of the box and turned it on and noticed that it did not have a decent signal either. I returned to the store a third time and requested to return the MiFi and cancel the iPhone plan also. My request was denied and I was told to return to the store tomorrow. When I arrived home a made a cell phone call and my phone went dead so I took it to Best Buy the next day because I had my iPhone warranty with them and was informed that Verizon locked my phone out and Verizon telephone rep stated that "I had to go to Verizon's corporate office in order to have it unlocked." I told the corporate officer how badly I was treated and how dare them lock my own paid for iPhone like that, especially being a senior disabled veteran with a compromised immune system. He apologized and instructed me to return the MiFi and stated I had a 15 day return period to qualify for a refund on it. I was forced to keep it overnight and did not even have it for 24 hours. When I arrived with the MiFi I was charged an additional $37 and threaten with not turning off the auto pay on Verizon's plan if I did not pay up. Fine way to extort money from disabled veterans and senior citizens.

I ended up being helped by the most ignorant store representative, Devyn F., who ran through my options to help stop or curtail the spam calls. Devyn informed me I could change my phone number (NO!!) or switch to T-Mobile service (I thought Sprint merged with T-Mobile; therefore, am I not a T-Mobile customer but alas, this was not the case) or my last option was to install a third party app to block spam phone calls. I informed Devyn I would try out a third party app for a few weeks and see how it went. Please note: I did NOT want my phone number changed because I do freelance work and my livelihood depends on clients contacting me through my original phone number. Unbeknownst to me, Devyn changed my cell phone number while I was in the store and I found out from clients who had to email me that my number was not working due to the unauthorized number change. To say it fubar'd my life is an understatement. I now have to wait 48-72 hours to get my original cell number back and I'm losing money and clients. To put it mildly, Devyn's ineptness and ignorance has cost me a lot of time and money and I wish I would have never dropped by the store and just dealt with the annoying spam calls instead.
