This business is on notice to do the right thing - & send me my return label asap. The BBB needs to be aware of this business & their despicable actions. I've also seen other people wait here for 45+ min to return equipment then be told they can just go to ups. why couldn't they be told that initially??? i'd be livid if i waited almost an hour for absolutely no reason. This review is about the online ordering system not necessarily about the Samford store…read more I wanted to write the review to let people know not to trust the online ordering system if you are using their credit card to purchase anything with the 0% financing option. I purchased a fridge in April 2025 and selected the option to finance for 18 months at no interest. I went on with my life making payments each month assuming there was 0% interest. To my surprise when i looked at the statement this month (I dont usually look at statements) they had been charging me interest the whole time. The promotion was never implemented. So far they have charged me over $500 in interest. When i called them today to question this their answer was that thye could not do anything and that it was my fault for not looking at the statement. I was disappointed because there was not even an apology by the account manager I spoke to. He even said that they would not even fix the issue going forward that they will continue charging interest. Disappointed to say that i will never go to best buy ever again after they robbed me of over $500. Will pay up the card, cancel and buy from other stores or online moving forward.

These were intended to be a birthday gift for my wife, so I was expecting them to arrive in near-new condition. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the box was torn apart and the AirPods were laying loose in the bottom of the shipping box. It was extremely disappointing to open a package meant to be a birthday gift and find it in that condition. I contacted customer service and was instructed to take them to the nearest Best Buy store. When I arrived, the store initially offered to replace them with an open-box pair in good condition, which was not equivalent to what I had purchased. After explaining the situation, I ultimately had to make another trip to the store and purchase a brand new pair instead. In total, this situation required multiple calls and two separate trips to the store, all because the item I received did not match the condition it was advertised in. I asked if any type of accommodation or compensation could be offered for the inconvenience, but I was told that nothing could be done. I have supported Best Buy for many years and have always trusted the quality and service your company provides. Because of that, this experience was very disappointing, especially considering that this purchase was meant to be a special birthday gift for my wife.
