I always get photos back that look nothing like what was shipped, and it has become exhausting to argue with them about it. Meanwhile, they race to pay you for the return without you approving their appraisal first in hopes that you don't contest their findings. I have dealt with ItsWorthMore on several occasions, and you would think by now I would have learned my lesson. Each time I have dealt with them, they have been very shady and dishonest in their sales tactics and looking at similar complaints on the Internet, this seems to be common practice. When looking to sell your device, such as an Apple product, ItsWorthMore lures you in with a higher quote than all the other online resellers. Once you begin dealing with them, you understand why. Their aim is to get you to sell your device to them and then downgrade the value of the device once in their possession. I submitted three Apple items to them for sale. All three items were downgraded in value by the company. Mind you, not the first time this has happened as they tried to do the same thing with an iPhone sale a few years back that I had to fight them on and finally won. In this case, I sent them a pair of Apple AirPods Max. I was quoted a price of $190.00. They downgraded the value to $170 citing there were scratches on the headphones. They paid me without my consent. Usually, they will send an email asking for consent to send payment based on their valuation. In this case, they rushed payment to me and closed the sale. I reached out to the company several times asking for them to send me photos showing damage on the device. Each time, they refused to send me photos and gave me the run around instead. As of this complaint, they have had my device for more than two weeks and still refuse to send me proof of their valuation despite my many requests. Every time I email the company or call them, they give me excuses as to why they cannot immediately look at my device after having it in their possession for more than two weeks (and promising resolution within 7 days). The fact they are playing these games with me at the moment and refusing to send me photos of my headphones they claim have scratches on them tells me everything I need to know about the reputation of this company. I would do a deep dive into the negative reviews that have been posted about this seller across the Internet. There are many, and there is a reason for that.     This review is about the online ordering system not necessarily about the Samford store…read more I wanted to write the review to let people know not to trust the online ordering system if you are using their credit card to purchase anything with the 0% financing option. I purchased a fridge in April 2025 and selected the option to finance for 18 months at no interest. I went on with my life making payments each month assuming there was 0% interest. To my surprise when i looked at the statement this month (I dont usually look at statements) they had been charging me interest the whole time. The promotion was never implemented. So far they have charged me over $500 in interest. When i called them today to question this their answer was that thye could not do anything and that it was my fault for not looking at the statement. I was disappointed because there was not even an apology by the account manager I spoke to. He even said that they would not even fix the issue going forward that they will continue charging interest. Disappointed to say that i will never go to best buy ever again after they robbed me of over $500. Will pay up the card, cancel and buy from other stores or online moving forward.
