This is truly a joke of a store. I've been here for probably 2 hours, I'm still waiting as i'm writing this so i'll be here for over 2 hours by the time i'm helped. I get it, it gets busy things happen. but the manager needs to get up and get on the floor and help. i sat here for an hour before he finally came out after a customer complaint, talked to them for like a minute then went back. like hello?? maybe stop scrolling on instagram reels and do something about the 20+ people waiting in line to be helped. also someone went on break in the middle of the rush. i don't understand why he thought that was a good idea or who approved that. 0 customer care. I genuinely don't know how their hiring process works or where they find there people. It truly takes a special type of person to not care and give such bad service. i get it you wanna go on ur break but I work in retail and you don't just do that. I've also seen other people wait here for 45+ min to return equipment then be told they can just go to ups. why couldn't they be told that initially??? i'd be livid if i waited almost an hour for absolutely no reason. The way this whole thing is set up is a JOKE. There is absolutely no reason for me to be waiting 2+ hours to exchange equipment which will probably take no longer than 10 mins. truly ridiculous store and company. being in here genuinely ruined my day. UPDATE---- The guy just came back from break and started helping someone else. Do not, I repeat do not do service with Spectrum! Their rates keep increasing and when you go to cancel, they keep you on this never ending loop of "let me explore more promotions". To the point of the girl saying "I'll be right back" and I said "oh goodness I hope not". They claim I called their department to find a better deal when I explicitly chose the option to "disconnect" my service. The line auto transferred me to the department to try and save their customer (me). But I was not going to stay. They asked about my cell phone bill, new bill with my new provider, usage and who used it's and so on and so on. I just wanted to cancel. They would not stop going through the "let me find you a better deal" loop. It was so frustrating. Their Internet service was ok. But they kept raising or changing prices for my Internet and streaming from when I originally signed on. They doubled it within a year. read more

I wanted to change over to a different provider. I called up. The guy on the phone would not take no foreign answer. He dragged me on for 25 minutes finally in frustration I had to hang up. I was so angry they wouldn't take no for an answer. I went to the Internet store. I turned in my equipment and told him to cancel. When they sent me my final bill, I had trouble getting the payment to go through but a week later I paid it in full Now they're trying to bill me for $50 more three months after not having any service or equipment I will never use spectrum ever ever again read more

Was being charged $100 a month for internet only. Went to disconnect because switched to another provider. Gave me a hard time about ending the service. Tried to get me to stay by offering $30 a month deal. Told them I wanted to end service and move on. read more

I had a phone to be transferred from ATT, and an apple tablet to purchase. They made it easier than staying with ATT and getting a new person to pay billing with ATT . I spent 4.5 hours with ATT. SPECTRUM took care of me in 15 minutes from start to finish. AND it was cheaper! read more

The CS phone reps are idiots and pathetically incompetent. I spent three hours over two days with nearly a dozen reps (including TWO hangups) and not one of them was able to do a simple transfer from one room in a facility to another. The tech (5 stars to him) finally had to resolve it by adding a new box to the account, leaving me to return two boxes that couldn't be moved because someone screwed my account up so badly I couldn't get anything done without having to go IN-PERSON to a store. I can't wait until I have to go to the store and watch how badly the store reps screw up. They're lucky they have a monopoly in the area because no sane person would ever put up with this level of nonsense. read more

LIED TO MY FACE... I went to return my router and modem per the instructions I had to bring it into the store and the guy lied and said I couldn't return them in store I had to ship it via UPS... I called and found out that's a lie and I could return it in store they are just lazy and don't want to help. Pathetic. read more

This is the worst streaming service. It cuts to commercials mid sentence, when the extensive number of commercials are finally finished the show I'm watching comes back on and the words do not line up with the scene that's occurring. It is really annoying for a service that is overpriced as it is. Of course during the commercials, everything plays perfectly. As soon as I can find another streaming service, I will be done with Spectrum since it doesn't look like this issue is being addressed. read more

Jayson, the store manager, requires you wait for 4 hours to return your equipment, even with only 3 customers in the store being served by one (male) person. Jayson is more concerned with flirting with his female underlings, they and he do not do the work. read more

The Manager is an incompetent ass and need to be retrained on common curtesy and customer service. The store was empty, and I gave Jason the Manager my equipment order that spectrum sent me and he said he needed me to check in first while I was trying to check in a couple of people came in without appointments and he ignored me while he helped them. Chris the other employee finished with the customer he was helping for the last 10 minutes took the order I had printed out and got me my modem and router taking care of me in just minutes. Chris was great and it's too bad he has to work with such a MORON Manager Jason is an IDIOT. read more

After a free trial of Verizon WiFi for 1/2 the price of Spectrum Wifi I called to close my Spectrum account. That is when I was informed of some "packages" that got my pricing down to close to Verizon. After 35 minutes on the phone just to cancel my subscription I finally got to done (I am told - we shall see in 12 days. Why is it so difficult to close my account? Went to this store to return equipment and make changes. Worst customer service. Casey was rude and lazy. With no other customer in the store for home to help he reused to help because I was not signed in. But the customer who walked in in front of me simply walked up to the woman working there and was helped. Got another employee to help me make the return but he said I needed to call to make sure the service was actually disconnected. That was a whole lot of bs. I am really pissed off about my cable servic. i used to get whole house DVR service and just found out that when Spectrum upda from the Brighthouse platform to Spectrum they dropped that service. the worst part is they did not notify me of the change. Don't bother signing up with Spectrum. I started with them 5 years ago and they never tell you they keep going up on their services. WiFi and Phone plans. When I finally had enough. I called to cancel services. As I'm canceling they tried to lure me back with a new plan. I called prior to ask for a savings and they said there wasn't anything they could do to save me money.
