I came two days in a row trying to upgrade my phone, the first day they told me to come back the next day when theyd have more time to upgrade me. the service is terrible you can tell they just want to get you out of the door so they can go home early. They close at 8pm so I came in at 6 the next day and told them I wanted to upgrade my iPhone I waited an hour to get helped at 7pm they finally get around to me just for them to tell me it's gonna take an hour to disable my security setting there for I'd be unable to get my iPhone upgraded when they knew I was waiting an hour already they didn't bother to tell me that when I got there and was waiting a whole HOUR!!! They told me they could still sell me a phone id just have to come back ANOTHER DAY to bring my old one back but the promotion wouldn't be the same!!! Never coming back to that store read more

I never do this, by this post a negative review, but I'm going to vent...I'm utterly shocked and dismayed at the service offered by T-Mobile on Lancaster. The end of May we upgraded two iPhones. When we got home we realized they switched the phone numbers. As in my wife's number was associated with my phone, and my number associated with hers. It took three trips to T-Mobile before they got most of the problems that mistake caused corrected (we kept finding problems as we used our phones) But passwords, log-ins and apps were still totally mixed up. Ok, stuff happens. Mistakes happen, but the lack of concern or desire to corrected it was bothersome. It seemed we were bothering them. The next day we were flying out to Florida. I had also bought a case for a new iPad. Problem was it didn't fit. it was the one they told me was correct. I didn't have time to deal with it, we had a flight to catch. When we got back to Salem I went in to exchange it. Nope. They said their policy was that it had to be returned within two weeks. I explained that we were in Florida for 16 days, I wasn't here it exchange it. I pointed out they told me it was the correct case, in fact they walked over and took it off the display and brought it me. They said that's their policy, no exceptions. No returns, no exchanges after 14 days. Today I went in to reload a hot spot. There were six T-Mobile employees working. There were three customers. The math would make one believe that you would get in and out pretty quick...nope, 48 minutes later one of the representatives helped me. I paid for the new data, but they said their systems crashed a week ago, so they couldn't print a receipt, or email one....ok stuff happens, I get that. I started to drive away and remembered my repeated trips to correct the switched phone numbers...so I checked the data on the hot spot...nope no date there. I went back in pointed that there wasn't any data on the hot spot, and after three of the six employees discussed the problem, they decided I needed to also pay a $10 reactivation fee. I paid it, no receipt possible. I asked if they were certain the data was on the hot spot? They said it was for sure this time. I checked and no data. They talked for another three or four minutes and said it might take a day or two before it shows up, we aren't sure. They aren't sure? They said if it doesn't show up in two days bring it back. Once again the lack of concern was beyond bothersome. I know some of you are thinking give them a break, it's tough to get people to work...I get that, but my time is also ofvalue. My business should be as well, and not one of the employees including the person they said was in charge seemed to care in the least. Zero apologies, zero empathy...really zero help. Buried into the mini strip mall that has been created on the corner of Lancaster and Auburn, lies a tiny cellphone store we all love to hate (or hate to love) known as T-Mobile. Like most cellular stores, the places are limited in space and can get really boring after 5 minutes of aimless shopping. When the lines get busy, the wait can get long. Almost too long. Such is the case with every visit I've ever had to pay to this store. The guys who I worked with were for the most part nice, but terribly slow at their job. People would be wandering around the store, attempting to do something as simple as bill pay and the associates would be so overwhelmed they'd essentially "shut down" and begin working on one menial task at a time with no sense of multi-tasking. Often times some of the phones available online won't be found here in the store. Expect only the generic phones, the hottest selling phones, and a handful of inventory that barely trumps most mall kiosks. "We'll have to order it" has been a response I've heard one too many times. Finally, I just switched to another company. No dropped calls or customer service snaffus since. read more

My sons LG phone charging port melted while being charged for 20 minutes. Went to T mobile for some help On what we could do. Customer service was lacking, associates were of no help. Told us to call LG. Associate dropped my phone onto the floor with no apologies. I do not recommend this store to anyone! read more

Stop misrepresenting what the customer service agent is able to do. I had full insurance, a defective insurance replacement that quit working in one week. Went to the store, this is my business phone. I am told that I could not get a phone for 2-3 days. At no time did the CS agent offer to call the insurer to see if the order could be expedited. I could not call as my phone was dead. Was told I could go home and find my IPAD (didn't know where it was) I could take my hubbies phone (he is a heart patient) not taking his only means of calling in emergency. Only other option was to trade my phone in to upgrade it. Then i would have a working business phone. I had just waited 4 days a week earlier to get this now non working replacement phone. My business cannot sustain that long with out a phone, we are in open enrollment. SO phone traded in, and charged $749 and 23$ a month for 2 years for replacement phone. Mind you I entered store with a PAID OFF phone, owing nothing on it. I left with a $749 phone and to add insult to injury an extra year on my contract. ALso a detail the agent forgot to mention. I entered the store with one year on my account. Got home responded to email from Apple store. They have a partner ship with T mobile, offer to upgrade trade in phone and cost of phone is $479 and 19.99 mo for 2 years. Returned to Mobile store Lancaster and Auburn store, asked for the manager, showed her the print out from Apple store with the T Mobile upgrade deal. She said they cannot and do not honor those agreements. Stated there is buyers remorse, which meant I could turn the phone back to them but they would not return my phone I turned in, even tho it was still in the office. This feels like extortion... what a way to make sales commissions, they have a partnered agreement with Apple store, they neglect to call the insurance company, and refuse to make it right. My son mentioned that the agent also neglected to tell me the replacement phone that was not working was fully covered. He in fact told me he wasn't sure the phone was covered because it was a insurance replacement. Bottom line I entered the store with a paid off phone, I left with a horrible inflated upgrade phone based on lies and omissions. Sad commentary for a business. They refused to honor the partner deal with Apple store. They could have called Apple Store I found out today and got me a business appointment the very next day because the phone that died was fully covered by the one year warranty of the apple phone. The only benefit fell in the arms of Mobile and the staff the got commission from the sale. The benefit gained by lies and omissions of critical information. By not returning my old phone on surrender of the new upgrade phone for buyers remorse (in my case because i found out about the lies and omissions) the benefit went to the agent and the store. They had me sign over my phone and refused to return it. WHy would they have a policy like that if they weren't completely manipulating their customers for personal benefit, certainly, not the customers. TMobile and staff, shame on you. For the first time in my life I truly feel like an old lady taken unfair advantage of. If you are so desperate for business that you have to screw your customers then Shame on YOU.... So I know you will delete this, I have a copy and will continue to post this. You may also want to look to the Oregon State Attorney Generals Office, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, YELP and Face Book. The only place you can remove the complaint is FB....I can keep posting. Update: talked to T Mobile telephone customer service agent. Who acknowledged the new two year contract is not fixable, the over charge is fixable. They did honor the partnership with Apple store. They did apologize, they did try. They did acknowledge I was taken advantage of by the agent not letting me know the phone was fully insured under apple for one year, and because i was a business, could have got a next day appt., and the least he could of done was call the insurance company I pay top dollar for with t mobile, to ascertain if the broken phone could be replaced with an over night. Instead i left 749 in debt, and an added one year on my contract. They had an opportunity to fix that problem and chose not to. This is the second time you screwed me over T mobile, So I found out today your company has a very long history of padding client bills, loading clients with extra accessories with out telling them they are going to be billed for them. When the bill comes in and the additional charges exposed, the 15 day return is expired and the store will not take the items back. I hate to tell you how much the other "wild cat" store on Lancaster managed to take me for a two year fortune. Corporate returned $215 but there was so much more.... so what this tells me is you choose to do business unethically read more

The manager and employee were so nice and helpful. They helped me with the problem from the other store. The dug though receipts until they found the receipt for the phone protector we had purchased. Then looked up my account and said we should not have been charged bc we had protection. If I have to inside a T-Mobile store this is the one I will go to. read more

I have a stalker.... So I have had to change my phone number twice in two weeks.... Each time you change your number, you have to pay a $14.xx fee... So I essentially paid $30.... I called to see if I could be refunded as I had to change my number for safety reasons.... They said no and tried to offer me a feature for $4.xx a month to block his number.... THIS IS NOT HELPFUL AS HE COULD CALL OR TEXT ME FROM ANY OTHER PHONE! Why would I leave my number the same if a threat has it?!?!?!?! So in short, if you want to be safe, you have to pay as t-mobile could care less... Unless its their money, in which they care a whole lot. read more

Don't waste your time at this location.. they dont know anything here. I added a line to my plan and they ended up putting the new number as my number and assigned a temp number to the new line, thus deletin my number all together. This took a whole 5 minutes to do and 6 hours to put back to normal, they stated id get a credit on my account for my hassel but that never happened. My husband then purchased a NEW phone, payed for it outright and it broke one month later, it was a phone defect and nothing he did. So they told him for $20 they'd send him a new phone... this "new" phone was actuallya refurbished phone. when he complained stating he paid for a NEW phone not a USED phone they told him to call customer service cuz they can't do anything for him. I have never ever reviewed anything, even if they were amazing I still have never reviewed anything. But this place is amazing, out of this world. I went in with bunch of complications my Apple Watch wasn't working, all the apps on my phone wouldn't work, and calls weren't receiving on a phone. Brittany helped me with all of it, I mean all of it. She was so so kind and funny. It took about 2 hours and I would of said that my time wasn't wasted there, I enjoyed every minute there. Brittany would make jokes, but I was so suprised on how patient she was. It took a pretty long time but she still kept a smile on her face. We were waiting for my Apple Watch to update and Brittany, Maggie and someone else that I unfortunately don't remember her name but she really likes creamer in her coffee we're talking and it was very fun, they were all so sweet and caring. I'm pretty sure I didn't do them justice in this review especially Brittany, but I would definitely come again. Not to mention they took me in right away. Will not be going to or recommending this location this might be how it is for a brick and mortar store; but a simple task of adding a line with an existing phone and a new Sim card could not be completed. I took my lunch break to get the line set up they couldn't find my account then called it in and they said it would be over an hour to do a new line as they were having technical difficulties. they also wouldn't let me use the brand new Sim card that came with the phone. I left and on the drive back to work I called 611 and they just asked what the Sim number was and some small information and done line set up and no $10 charged for a Sim card I already had. not impressed and a bit shady. read more
