They close at 8pm so I came in at 6 the next day and told them I wanted to upgrade my iPhone I waited an hour to get helped at 7pm they finally get around to me just for them to tell me it's gonna take an hour to disable my security setting there for I'd be unable to get my iPhone upgraded when they knew I was waiting an hour already they didn't bother to tell me that when I got there and was waiting a whole HOUR!!! They told me they could still sell me a phone id just have to come back ANOTHER DAY to bring my old one back but the promotion wouldn't be the same!!! Never coming back to that store

Waste of money. Paid $60 for the screen protector and case. The case and screen protector don't…read morework together so the case bubbles and let's dust in. I went back in and they made me pay for the replacement screen protector. They don't offer refunds so exchanged for a different case (even though I hated all of the other cases) and it's doing the exact same thing. So basically paid $60 to have to pay $10 a week to get my screen protector replaced because it gets so dusty. Also very hard to push buttons on the touch screen in upper left and right corners because of how it bubbles.

Anyway, Salem Cell Store reprogrammed my phone so I could attach it to my carrier, all went perfectly. Until... A week later, I launch a factory reset without thinkint, OMG! I realized 10 seconds after launching it that I was wiping out my custom programming, and would have to do it again, what an idiot I was! But... To my delight, a factory reset did not undo the programming. this is next level code when then fixed that little problem. The factory restore include the programming. Great shop, and I'll buy my next ex-flagship used phone from them for sure! No more craigslist phones for me.

I walked in & talked to Jim (James) who told me he could replace for $45 and I could pick it up in an hour. Also said it was guaranteed for 30 days. I've had it back now for three weeks and it is working great. Jim was friendly, helpful, personable and a pleasure to work with - 5 star experience all around. I highly recommend trying this small business, you'll get better service and a better deal than ATT, etc.
