Yesterday when I picked up my 2 pair they were laid on the table and I was told to try them on. I expressed that my right eye had a vision issue as if it was a smudge on the lense. When I brought it up, I was told thats how progressives are, mind you I have been wearing progressives for around 3yrs. They dont fit comfortably on my ears either but she just brushed me off and told me to give it 5 to 7 days. Your vision should improve, not get worse when you pick up a new pair amd be expected to wear glasses that are blurry. $450 later to need my previous glasses to see clearly.

They graciously, without batting an eye, gave me a trial contact to replace the one I had lost. I am 81-year-old man and am confined to a wheelchair for mobility…read more I was scheduled for my first appointment here at The Woodburn Vision Source. We did not know where this office was located, and so we called for directions as we driving into town. The problem was the directions they gave us were for coming from the opposite direction that we were coming from. It took a few minutes to figure out the error and then loop around after we discovered that the directions were bad. We arrived a few minutes late and was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled to another time. I then asked the receptionist to ask the Dr. if I can still be seen today. The receptionist left to check with the Dr. She came back in a while saying the Dr. said we were too late. So, I was rescheduled to a couple of more weeks out. I'm having a concern that as a new patient, I may be subjecting myself to brash treatment, disrespect and unaccommodating or considering my circumstances. What will they treat me like in any follow up appointments? Customer Service is very important to me. Today I physically had a witness to hear this workers total annoyed attitude that a customer would call back 4 times over 6 days for the same thing. Have they considered actually following through with something so a customer doesn't need to keep calling back????? Today, Having someone else hear this phone call made me clearly recognize the problem is systemic to this company Optic'49. For goodness sakes, all that was requested was my own medical records and now I have spent over 4 hours of my own personal time calling, driving over, trying to open emails that fail....
