Yesterday when I picked up my 2 pair they were laid on the table and I was told to try them on. I expressed that my right eye had a vision issue as if it was a smudge on the lense. When I brought it up, I was told thats how progressives are, mind you I have been wearing progressives for around 3yrs. They dont fit comfortably on my ears either but she just brushed me off and told me to give it 5 to 7 days. Your vision should improve, not get worse when you pick up a new pair amd be expected to wear glasses that are blurry. $450 later to need my previous glasses to see clearly.

I was talked into buying transition leanse glasses that would be better than readers. What they forgot to tell me was they were $100 a leanse. After wearing them for a week, they gave me headaches and really didn't allow me to see any better. I took them back to get a refund and another pair of glasses. That didn't happen, and the best they could do is give me a pair of bifocals, which were no better. I tried to take them back a get a refund for everything; that didn't happen either. I ended up with a super expensive pair of bifocals, with a limited sight area. They recently called me back to confirm a follow up appointment, that I never scheduled. I let them know I had a very bad experience my first visit, and that I would no be returning. Without even asking me about the bad visit, or even offering an apology, the person said "I'll mark your account, so we don't bug you anymore"; then hung up on me. I don't recommend this place.

When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

They've had to send my glasses back twice because the glass was cut improperly. Covid has definitely made things more difficult, but it seems to me that this is a great opportunity for this really solid clinic (great doctors, friendly and patient staff) to reevaluate their relationship with their lab. I sincerely hope I'm the only one they've had this trouble with, because it was DEFINITELY less than stellar service as a result. I have been waiting for my new glasses for over two months. That seems excessive to me.

Excellent Eye Clinic -- 5 Stars!…read more I had an excellent experience here. Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional, and they took the time to do my examination. I honestly feel this was the most thorough and precise eye exam I have ever had. I also came away with a much better understanding of my eyes and the issues affecting my vision. My new prescription is absolutely perfect--the best eyeglass prescription I have ever had! One issue with the original frames I selected. They weren't quite large enough to accommodate my prescription properly, which made it difficult for me to read through the bottom portion of the lenses. I returned and selected a larger pair of frames, and that immediately solved the problem. I believe it took only about a week to receive the replacement glasses. Now I can see perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars for the quality and thoroughness of the eye care, affordability, and the outstanding customer service from the entire staff. I highly recommend them!
