Samsung phones

I stopped by this T-Mobile store today to look at their Samsung phones while my wife was getting her massage at another store nearby. I'm interested in upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S23+ but wondering if I should wait for the S26. The customer service here was great, a worker approach me asking if I needed help but I told him I was just browsing so he left me be. There plenty of parking here and the store is a decent size inside. They don't have a lot of phone on display but they have like one of each. They also have headphones, earphones and smart watches as well. The price will vary but I always have a good experience using their trade in option and save like half the price of a new phone.

Came in today and was helped by Adriana to do warranty exchange on one of my phones. She was very helpful and patient. She took care of all of my questions and concerns. Leaving happy. Thank you for an excellent customer service. Adriana goes the extra mile!

I needed some help with my account. I called up the Tmobile Customer Care and the CSR I talked to advised me to go to a local branch. This is the nearest branch to me. Upon entering, a sales associate greets you with enthusiasm. Asks what you're there for. Then refer you to the person who is capable in resolving the issue. Miss Jocelyn, handled my case and she is able to get the issue resolved. She made a few phone calls, guided her through it. And In no time, I was done. Private parking lot.

Very helpful and definately have the knowledge to answer any questions you many have. See Hector

My daughter and I originally went to the Topanga Store for our new IPhone 16's. But they did not have the fuschia Iphone Plus. They did check and found out the Northridge store on Nordoff across from Portos had it so we went there. The store is very clean and the crew was very profressional. We purchased the Iphone Pro and Iphone Plus from Hector who was such a helpful person on so many levels. He patientally explain all the new features, He transferred all our information from the old phones to the new phones. He took the time to make sure the protector was done straight and no air bubbles at all. We were very happy with the way he handle our transaction and our visit to T-Mobile. If you have any needs for T-Mobile or looking to get a new phone, have questions, and want to be taken care of I suggest you see Hector. He will definately be our go to guy for T-Mobile Thank you Hector and crew.

Came tonight to switch to Tmobile from Straighttalk. It was packed and people didn't have masks on, including a staff member, so we left.

I would highly recommend him for all your electronic needs.

The OEM screen or Aftermarket he priced at $250+tx, etc. The online order price for a OEM screen is 50-65. for a AMOLED screen, which is the best you can get. I can understand you have a store to pay rent and worker and all. But what value are you providing when you are charging close to $200 more than the RETAIL price elsewhere for the same product. It takes no more than 15-30minutes to change the screen on this model. While businesses are free to charge what they want, but vulture style pricing is bad. RIP OFF is what I would call it. At least he had it in stock. Are they pricing these things because they can? as he quoted me, I mentioned the OEM online price, and he tried to say something about the quality of the screen as there was another customer in the store.. IF you are in such an emergency that you are willing to spend $250+tax for a SCREEN of the phone, then you really should just buy a backup working phone for that price or less, vs spending it on a screen. You will have a phone and be able to get a screen for around %40, and a number of places install for about $30
