Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature that required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone. I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal. Definitely recommend! read more

Went to T-Mobile because I was fed up with Spectrum home internet. Gray was the salesperson who helped me get my T-Mobile home internet set up. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When he didn't have the information I was looking for, Gray knew just where to find it. He was thorough and I left feeling satisfied and that I was able to have my new internet from T-Mobile. Andy, the manager was also very helpful with some information I needed. All in all, I'm satisfied with my experience and I have Gray and Andy to thank. read more

I did a really big adult thing this week. I purchased my own cell phone and phone plan. I did all the research, I knew exactly what kind of phone I wanted, I knew what promotion I wanted to use, what plan I needed, what questions I needed to ask, and I did it all by myself. I want to give a special shout out to Lalo who was incredibly hospitable. He was very clear and instructive of what exactly I needed to do to get my new phone activated and how to transfer my current phone number. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to considering there was a lot of down time while we waited for the new phone to go through an update and then the initial data transfer. The staff of this T-mobile location really helped make this life transition go smoothly. read more

My daughter bought a new phone around $700 and she paid the whole amount right away. She asked the sales girl if she could transfer the data from her old phone to her new phone. That's really nice to do but ..... what she didn't say was that my daughter had to pay another $30 for doing that!!!! I'm sorry but this should be a free service especially when you buy an expensive phone. If it's not free she should have at least say that something as easy as that would cost $30!!!! They are the worst. Watch your bill every month as they don't give you what they promised when setting up, make changes often and the benefit is always in their direction. I should have never left Sprint and waited until they converted over. Even after fighting for the rate I was promised I am still paying $20 more per month for the same service I had at Sprint. read more

Customer Service, Five Stars Last week we visited this store. My wife and I were wanting to take advantage of their low cost, tax included, service. We are fussy about coverage and customer service. I went into the Go Wireless store on W. 11th in Eugene on 9/12 to buy a phone. I asked for one comparable to my ASUS zenphone. Andrew C. sold me a galaxy A01. He was boastful in an off-putting way as well as heavy-handed in his communication and demeaner. I was never told the phone had only half the storage of my zenphone. Since then, I have had more than 5 other Verizon/Go Wireless employees agree that it was a bad call on his part and very poor salesmanship. When I learned on day 26 that my new phone's storage capacity was completely full and that the capacity was a mere 16 GB, I was shocked. I had only downloaded about 3 apps and 1 game. I returned to the store to get a return on 10/11. Andrew C's only solution was that I pay off the phone in full and buy a new one! He offered no other solution and was defensive and argumentative. He was rude and never apologized. I came back the following day to speak with the manager, Samantha. She told me I had to go to the corporate store in VRC if I wanted to return the phone, because she was unable to do so after the 14-day return policy. I went directly to the VRC store. 3 employees there immediately were confused and dismayed that she sent me there, because they do not have access to Go Wireless records nor use the same software program, and so were unable to help. They tried their best and got through to someone higher up in Go Wireless. This person, named Matt, sent an escalation form to the W 11th store, stating that it was their obligation to resolve the issue within 3 business days. Nobody ever contacted me within that time, so I spoke with Matt again over the phone. He increased the level of the escalation form and sent one to the district manager named Jason, who then had the responsibility to resolve the issue within 3 business days. Again, nobody contacted me. In the meantime, since it was taking so long, I had to buy a new phone from the VRC store, because I had important travel plans that required apps being downloaded. After my trip, I was directed by the Verizon Customer Service phone line to go back to the W 11th store and return the phone in its original box and get a receipt. They would then reimburse me electronically. I went into the W 11th store on 10/27 and had the worst customer service experience in all my life. Andrew C started off by saying very loudly that he would not return the phone under any conditions, period. He ended up having to return the phone despite his proclamation. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. He was rude, hostile, combative, demanding, and so openly bullying that it bordered on verbal abuse. I could not believe me eyes and ears! I have never heard of an employee acting so egregiously! He literally said "Goodbye" and "Leave" several times while I was trying to say something, while gesturing at me like a stray dog and rolling his eyes. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior in a customer-service position. The manager, Samantha, witnessed it all and did not say or do a single thing to stop his abuse. I will never ever go back to that store, and for your sake, I recommend you don't either. I would hate for someone to be treated the way I was just for trying to take care of business! ALWAYS go to a CORPORATE location (VRC or Coburg Rd) where they understand what customer service is! read more

Can I give this place more stars? The follow up and care that Denny showed was beyond compare. He even called on his day off to make sure we didn't have any issues setting up our phones and getting adjusted. Best place and I'll gladly drive out of my way to visit this store. All of their employees are top notch! read more

If there were less then one star this place would gut it .......they would not accomidate my requirements I was giving phones and service as gifts and did nor want activated until each recipent got theirs but not only will they not do that but say that is the way t-Mobil does things so all of t-Mobil gets 0 no stars read more
