I did a software update last Friday nite and then woke up Saturday morning to find my iPhone XR would not turn on. I called Asurion (Sprint Total Protection); and after trying to do a force restart, they advised me I needed to go to this T-Mobile Store to have the on-site Sprint Repair Team help me. I checked in and was told to have a seat. I saw a couple guys sitting in the back of the store; so after at least 10 or 15 minutes, I finally went back there and asked if they were the Sprint Repair Team. Besides wasting my time sitting up front, one of the Sprint guys mumbled that it was a hassle to look at my iPhone when I didn't know nor have my Apple ID password written down. Ok so, it was a problem w/the board, but they couldn't help me. I was then referred to the Apple Store, and I'm happy that I was!
* This T-Mobile Store is sorely lacking in customer service. If you have an iPhone w/Apple Care and need repair, replacement, etc., go straight to the Apple Store. Your pocketbook will thank you! read more
