my iPhone wouldn't open the other morning. I walked into the store and rece a friendl greeting by a clerk I was asked what they could help me with today. With frustration in my voice I told her that phone wouldn't open. she immediately started off with the facts that they don't do repairs and they would have to look to see if it was under warranty. I told her I just got the phone in December. in the meantime she has my phone in her hands pushing buttons. Then BAM. she says your phone is open. I asked her how she did it and she shared her technique. I told her I did that num times that morning and it didn't work. My take away us greet me, listen to me and then tell me what you CAN do NOT what you can't. read more

All I'm gonna say is AT&T has terrible service terrible when their equipment is faulty they don't want to send a technician out right away. You have to wait several days for somebody to come out and fix their equipment!!? not to mention their prices are unreal. $400 for TVs Internet, etc. that you can't use. I'm done with AT&T will not recommend them to anybody will not use them again done and I will keep posting about AT&T. read more

Very short visit, but made a negative impression. Instantly told me I couldn't trade in my device due to damage (phone features still work) and told me I couldn't do anything service wise because I'm not an authorized user; completely understandable but still had me sit down when I already said my line is under someone else's. I went to a DIFFERENT AT&T and they immediately informed me my phone was eligible for a trade in and provided my options. The demeanor of your associates is very negative, as if they don't want to be there and don't care to mask it. I'm glad I took my mother to a different location. read more

The service was horrible the man with the glasses and the weird ear denied me an upgrade when the other gentleman had the process started. The manager is a little too excited to deny help. He refused to solve a simple problem and called the police. Afterwards the problem was solved pretty easily over the phone. Once I told his boss, I got what I needed and $300 in credit for my inconvenience. 0/10 for store experience. 10/10 for having the police called so I get a ton of free stuff. read more

Save yourself don't bother... walked in today and BRUCE a sales associate was the rudest salesperson I have encountered anywhere in a long time. I asked if he was having a bad day or some thing... he responded by telling me...." He did not like how I walked in, and walked by him as he was speaking". I apologized and explained that's unfortunately not a reason to treat customers so rudely. Do yourself a favor and go to ATT on 2nd and Bryant!!! I waited 39 minutes to be helped, which is fine except for the fact it was because an associate was chatting up about Australia, her kangaroo baby, snakes, elephants. Africa, monkeys and all Mann of wildlife while installing screen protectors...which took 39 minutes because she kept stopping to chat. She knew and could see a line of customers waiting and did not care. Her coworker helped 4 separate customers in the time she was still helping the first customer she was with when I walked in. It took 4 minutes for her coworker to help me. I feel terrible for him that he had to do all the work while his counterpart flirted and chatted. read more

Was not impressed At ALL! Hubby and I went in this am as his phone stopped working last night. We were the only ones in the store the rep messed with it for a couple seconds, and diagnosed it as a bad screen. Never looked up my husbands account to see if it was still under warranty. Hubby asked about the insurance and he rattled off a website. Hubby asked about perhaps a replacement, and was told, well, you have to pay this one off first. Did a bit of research and got quotes from 2 different ATT places. We were looking at 4 service plans, trading in 3 I-phones ( one was my I-11 Promax) and getting an I-14 Pro max 512, and 2 regular I-14s Plus for the kids for Christmas. We were ready to make the change from T-mobile and visited the ATT place off 2nd St in Edmond. We filled out the forms, gathered information and spent about 45 minutes. When we thought we had finished, the manager said we had to put a $1200 deposit down because we had no credit history with ATT. It was a bit of a shock and it was difficult to understand why. I don't think they even did a soft credit check. We have good credit in upper 700s, I'm an aerospace engineer with same company for 26 years so job stability was not an issue. The ATT Manager could not explain it well enough for me to understand just that their system required it. Well, we are going back to Verizon. Their quote was similar but do not require a $1200 deposit. I have the place 2 stars. The person that helped us was nice. read more

The individual working in the store (only female in the store) on Saturday, July 15th at 5:40pm needs some serious 'off the job' conflict management from the store owner. When asked, she refused to give her name because she knew it was going to be used in a formal complaint. She has obviously never come close to having any type of Basic 101 customer service/conflict management training, etc.etc. She should never be allowed to enter that store again as an AT&T employee. It was quite obvious she did not want to address anything 15 minutes before it was time for her to close the store and leave for the day. She began IMMEDIATELY yelling, screaming and threatening me with multiple threats. When I responded and asked her to stop, she got louder and begin acting even more unprofessional and crazy like. It was completely fine in her opinion to yell and she obviously expected me, the customer to just stand there and take it. I begin laughing and she became even more child-like, loud, totally hostile and belligerent. She was following a script of how NOT TO DO HER JOB at closing time, blame the customer for the problem then attempt to finish it with her multiple threats. Fact-read ALL of the very negative reviews of HER at this exact store at 3248 S. Broadway, Edmond, OK (405-330-3663). This happens constantly with her (see reviews) yet she still 'attempts' to work here. She is definitely running off long-long time customers from AT&T and this Edmond, OK store and she ran off one more today, July 15th, 2023. It's VERY obvious it is NOT the customers who are fault; REF: Numerous negative reviews and complaints on multiple websites of her. This employee needs to be sent out the door for for repeated violations of AT&T's code of business conduct, including another case today. Went to the his place to ask a few questions about my account and the lady in the front desk was the rudest person ever. She didn't try to help at all passing the blame to who ever sold us the phone. She said since we didn't get them at HER store that she couldn't help us at all. I thought it was an AT&T store not a private store owned by a rude person. Avoid this place and just drive to OKC.... The employees at the store need product training. They do not know what they are selling, and one employee in particular should not even be working there he was the rudest employee I have met at a business in a long time. Stephen was very rude and condescending and has no customer service or sales skills. I will never return to that store again. If you would like to go to a professional AT&T store visit the one at second and Bryant. They took care of the problem That this store created. Run as far as you can from this franchise store.
