    I had the most amazing customer service experience while in this Best Buy location…read more I needed a new device and immediately decided to head to Best Buy. Upon arrival, I was greeted and waited for someone to come assist me. Justice came to my rescue and got me hooked up with a new phone, all the needed accessories, and even gave me some helpful tips and tricks. At one point, my phone would not do the necessary updates so Justice and Joshua teamed up to get the issues resolved. Their customer service skills went far and beyond anything I could have asked for after all the wack hiccups to get my new phone working. Kudos to Best Buy for sourcing such quality team members.

    This started out good and I thought we were going to get good help. We purchased a projector…read moretelevision from Best Buy a few months ago and we are looking for a speaker to enhance the sound. We had already ordered a Bose speaker that was not compatible with the projector and we then learned that the blue tooth speakers are not compatible with the projector because of latency in the sound. That is fine. So, when we asked about speakers that could connect with a hard wire, that is when things headed south. The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. Once we indicated that we were not interested......HE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HELPING US. Such a disappointing experience.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more Had to go to buy a new phone they said I had to pay a bill in order to do it so I paid the bill even though it was already paid and then she said my card didn't run so they ran it twice. It completed both times now $1000 has gone from my account they said call your bank My bank says there are two completed purchases both for the same price Both completed. Had to go back up t to the store because the manager wouldn't answer the phone and explain to us what we needed to do to get our money back only to find out that we didn't even need to pay the bill because it had already been paid and so the thousand dollars they took should have been zero and so now I'm out $1000 until how many days before they get me my money back and you know what they did not care. Horrible customer service. Spent hours of our lives doing this yesterday to no resolution and out $1000 no sympathy no I'm sorry I ran your card twice accidentally just tough that's the way it goes. You can call AT&T support and talk to AI. Absolutely no way I would ever hand those people my credit card again. Poorly managed store poor customer service. Also, as I googled, apparently this is a very AT&T thing to do because they double swipe peoples cards all the time so maybe it's just their standard operating procedure is to steal from people. Be wary of this store and this staff for sure
