I came here, frantic and stressed. A polite man with a beard helped me right away, asked me what the problems were with my phone. In 15 minutes he was able to get my texting capabilities back along with the ability to call out to any number including the certain number that I had not been able to make a call to - plus, finally my internet service was working away from home. My personal experience here was great and I was thankful that the store was not too far from my house.

I also had a death in the family and could not take the class on the first daye offered after the cancelation. Did they give a refund? No. Did they give at least a $20 refund. Not only did he help us get the phone that we wanted but he helped us with our bill and the additional extra (got a tablet and I feel like one of those happy families in a Verizon Christmas commercial). I think we were at the Verizon store for about 2 hours but he was patient the entire time and understood where we were stuck on. We are very happy with this store in particular. On another occasion, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10+ earlier this year and someone went all the way down to Norman to go pick up the very last one.
