    We went in with a complicated plan rearrangement and Jomar hooked us up. He was got rid of stuff on…read moremy dad's planned he didn't even know he was paying for, and was honest with me about the unlimited plan offerings with respect for the area (suggesting I get the cheaper plan because I won't notice the difference out here). He was super patient with us and even arranged for a service outside of his working hours. Really great experience overall.

    I had a very concerning experience when helping my elderly parents upgrade their phones at this…read morestore. My parents are on my phone plan and went in for an upgrade. They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!
