When a retailer lists an item on their site as a backorder costumers have a right to assume they're…read morestocking it. When the costumer emails them, and follows up with a phone call that should indicate interest. I did all of this. When I called Jordan said he'd reach out to his boss to see if they could get 2 of the internal LG Blu-Ray drives I wanted. Jordan also assured me their boss would reply to my email. No email reply, no call back and now the item link, which I know is right since I saved it to my wishlist on their site, shows that the item can't be found. Doesn't really seem like a way to treat a potential costumer who was ready to buy and knew what they wanted.

Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! Yes we are aware that the LCD screens for iPhone 14 Pro Max is $50 on Amazon prime and people are trying to take advantage of people making a crazy profit. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. This Nick was friendly and cheerful. Service done.
