Our company has leased equipment for the past few years through Caltronics and the customer service they provide to us is without a doubt the best in the industry. When a machine wasn't functioning properly they offered to run the print job for us at their office. Any special functions that we need our Bizhubs to perform, they can find a way to make it happen. They have worked with our IT department for direct reporting of our monthly copy counts so we no longer have to fax or call that information in. Due to high production we needed additional back-up supplies of toner at 4 of our 7 offices. I made the request and within two business days we had the back-up toner and no worries of running out. Immediate responses to all of our requests, amazing technicians that know the machines inside and out, and great customer service. After the company I work for upgraded its computer system, our basic functions with regards to faxing, scanning and copying were altered and I had no clue how to get them back. I had made a call out for tech support when my scanning wasn't doing what I needed. I was connected with a local rep, Roxanne and she began to walk me through how to get that function back. In the midst of this, Roxanne realized that my main functions were not set up properly (from the upgrade). She came in to my office a short 15 minutes later and along with fixing my initial issue, helped me get the settings back to where I needed. Roxanne was tremendously helpful with helping with the issue at hand, as well as making sure I knew how to maintain the functions for the future. I'm not typically one to post reviews, but entrusting our copier/biz hub needs to Caltronics was one of the best moves we made this year! And my favorite Caltronics staffer is definitely Roxanne Williams, who not only comes out and gives us a hands on tutorial whenever we need it, but also responds right away when I send her an SOS because I've forgotten how to do something, anything, from programming users to ordering supplies. And she does it with a smile that you can hear over the phone! Every Caltronics employee that I have encountered has been extremely helpful and friendly, and they all seem to truly enjoy it. I met Tina Cornett when we were shopping for new copiers. I wasn't aware that at the time Tina was fairly new to Caltronics. Tina was so professional and personable. Even after we purchased our copiers from Caltronics, we didn't get forgotten after the sale. It has been almost five years now and Tina has proven to be as helpful and professional now as she was when we were shopping for copiers. The Minolta copiers we purchased have held up nicely. We once ran out of toner and had an important copy job that needed to get out. Tina picked one up from another account and brought it right over to us. I have not done any service with Caltronics but this is specifically for a young lady who came into my office today. Brittany presented herself very well and we talked about our work for a while. She told me she is new to sales and trying to build up her clientele and earn business. I could tell she was younger and maybe new to the company but she answered all my questions as needed and best she could. She told me she would check in on me in the next couple months to see if my needs have changed. Valley Wide Homes just got rid of our old copy machine and replaced it with another Konica Minolta. The old Konica had done it job for a very long time. The new one is much more efficient and high tech. Roxanne Williams came out and took her time to give us a great hand's on tutorial in regards to our new copier. I have been working with Caltronics/Infincom for over 10 years and I have to say they are my favorite vendor. Their customer service and service techs are the best bar none. The service techs keep my printers and copiers running and keep me informed. When I place a service call, I get a call from the tech within a hour or so. Caltronics is just a pleasure to work with. They are always on the ball getting our new toner out to us within a day or sending out someone to do service same day when possible.
