I'm very disappointed in this company. We just bought a new house and they did the well inspection…read moreand our pump suddenly stopped working about a month after living here and they refused to come and check the problem. It is under warranty and they didn't want to make a simple phone call to explain the work that needed to be done. I even offered to call and have the repair man on speaker and I would take care of the rest. They just said "they don't do warranties" and then when I explained I would pay up front it was just speaking into the speaker of my phone what the issue was so I can get reimbursed the owner still did not want to come saying he was short handed. I could run out of water again at any moment and they didn't care at all, I have a 2 year old and I'm currently pregnant. Since they did the well inspection, I suspect they may have lied on the certification now. I also wanted to increase my well gallon tank size but I will be staying far away from this heartless company.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I gave them a poor review on their Porterville business. I am leaving one here as well. I switched from 1 star to 5 star because after I left a poor review they fixed the problem. They only put bandaids on problems. I would recommend to go anywhere else. Once again, they did the same thing as before. Did a job with half-effort, and then would not come and fix the problem with my landscaping. They would not come fix grass issues (left rocks and concrete under. They would not adjust the sprinklers that is wasting water, hitting my fence and concrete. They gave me advice that killed my lawn, cutting too short because didn't put the proper height of sprinklers. They no call, no show; if they even answer the phone. They never show up on time. The work is sloppy. Now I'm spending more money to fix their sloppy and poor work.
