It is under warranty and they didn't want to make a simple phone call to explain the work that needed to be done. I even offered to call and have the repair man on speaker and I would take care of the rest. They just said "they don't do warranties" and then when I explained I would pay up front it was just speaking into the speaker of my phone what the issue was so I can get reimbursed the owner still did not want to come saying he was short handed. I could run out of water again at any moment and they didn't care at all, I have a 2 year old and I'm currently pregnant. Since they did the well inspection, I suspect they may have lied on the certification now. I also wanted to increase my well gallon tank size but I will be staying far away from this heartless company.
