Previously I had been given inaccurate information by online agents. He took the time to completely explain the inaccuracies. He also engaged in a 3 way call with customer care to ensure that I would receive my new phone with the same "deal" that was promised online and pick up my phone that same day. He took what was a very frustrating experience and corrected the situation. I will definitely seek him out for future Verizon purchases or issues/concerns I have.
