I went in the store to get a personal acct with 2 phones. They talked me into the FREE tablet n watch. Didn't know I had to pay tax on them. But ok 1st clue they r not free. The sales person Pablo did not give me the promotion instead he gave each tablet n watch it own phone #. Which now im in a business acct not personal. With in a month I owe $1000. I return everything but phones since they kept my phone. They would not help me at all. Call customer service they said. I tried that n cust service could not help me. After many times going back to store n calling cust service. There was no one that could solve this problem. They told me to leave the store or they would call the police. The problem is still not solved. They made my son give them $300. Just to talk to them. He called cust service n they said there is no record of him. Paying any money. So now they have $300. N my bill is still 900. I can't get onto the app at all n my son has to wait 10 days before he can get onto the app. This has been going on now for a month. The store is in lawnside nj beware if u go there. They r representing t mobile but they have a side job also. So they shouldn't even get 1 star but I couldn't send this review with out 1. This rating is for T-MOBILE STORE Deptford Mall. Again like others said very long wait time even when there was just two people ahead of us. But the real issue is with the purchase of an iPhone 11. I went to purchase the phone in full no trade-in. They get me the phone and go to check me out and it was higher than I seen online. So I asked and he said on yeah there is a $30 upgrade fee! What are you kidding me you are charging me to come in a buy a phone out right. BY the way all my devices state online the eligible for upgrade. So After waiting 30 minutes in line I walked out pissed off. Don't go there if you can avoid it. read more

Terrible. So disgusted with the workers they were very rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service!! I am now switching to xfinity because of this. I could not even believe the way they treated me it was so embarrassing and disrespectful. I am a 70 year old women and they were talking down on me like a child when I kindly asked for help. Absolutely the worst customer service, sales people out there, well at least in this location. I am out of contract and you would think they might want to hold on to their customers. I was ignored, until finally when asked if there was something I needed help in. ( guess me pacing back and forth got their attention) I said I was out of contract , seeing about renewing the girl just said hold on and walked away. She decided to hang out behind the counter and talk with a coworker, leaving me there because I guess I wasn't a new contract. Are kidding me, this is not how you maintain a reputation, nor is it good customer service. After ten minutes of "waiting" I had asked to see the manager, but apparently wasn't there when I had asked for service. I said to her in leaving , good salesmanship, great service in keeping a customer , I'm heading to Verizon down the way. Avoid this spot if you are a TMobile carrier, high school kids, customer service, along with lack of experience runs this place. read more

We got absolutely cheated. I believe it was Juan at T-mobile told us that one iPhone 8 would be free with the purchase of an iPhone 8. We were also told that t-mobile buys you out of your contract(didn't say it counted as a promotion) and specifically told us we would get an electronic MasterCard for the contract buy out and one in the mail for the full value of my iPhone 8. I summited both the rebates online November 18th and here we are almost about to pay the 2nd months payments and the 30$ finance fee for my "free" iPhone 8 is still on our bill with no rebate in sight. We just got off the phone with the promotion departments supervisor just to tell us that we need to go to the store and that there's nothing she can do to help us! We wouldn't have even gotten iPhone 8's if they weren't pushed onto us with that buy one get one free promotion!!! I'm livid. Now I have to go back to the store pissed off when I was actually exited to switch to T-mobile. What a shame. Livid read more

I went to this T-Mobile store in the mall on Black Friday. The representative went over all the deals. The one deal was a promo where you get a free LG phone for each of my 6 lines. I took the deal and left the store with 6 phones. An hour later I received a call from the store saying he made a mistake and I would have to upgrade my service to take advantage of the free phone deal. I did not want to upgrade my service which would have added 60 more dollars a month on my plan. I explained this to him and he said 2 options: get stuck with the full price of the phones ($1300) or pay the restocking fee of 50 per phone ($300) for their mistake. I did take the unopened phones back to the store while explaining everything to the manager. After talking with customer care and management at this store they refused to refund my money for the restocking fees. Still pursuing issue. read more
