I had an issue with my router, so the tech on the phone told me to pick up an xb7 and I could upgrade my router for free. Sounds good. I went in and the big gal there gave me the old same version, saying it was an xb7 but explaining that it looked the same and was a big black box still. It was not the xb7 turns out. She switched the routers while talking to her friends about how they didn't want to work the weekend shift and sent me on my way with the wrong device (for which I'm charged monthly) and a gratuity ultimatum.

Everything looks super professional, and they even put all of the network gear like the modem and router into a little cabinet so that it was hidden away. I was having constant issues with my service and having to reboot the router and modem, but I've had no issues since.
