I had the pleasure of working with Tyris, store manager, over the course of two days (4 hrs ea day) to help restore my eldery client's Apple account and purchase new equipment. My first experience at this store was great! 2nd trip in, to re-up my child's phone... Not so much. I found Jeff (the manager) to be rather curt. He asked me what plan my son was on and I replied "can't you see it in the computer" (I didn't know, my son set up his own phone). Again curt answers and the comment I could do this online (which I will from now on), which I gave curt answers back. Only when he claimed "I yelled at him". Being curt and yelling are not the same. I think he wanted a confrontation. Very unprofessional for a Manager. At&t should look into getting a more respectable, professional person in that position. read more

I've had problems with my phone for about 3 weeks now. Went in and talked to Ken (the current manager) with the first problem and he explained that it was an Apple issue but explained what I had to do to correct the problem. I appreciated the time he took to explain it all to me. Went in a week later to change my number and plan (after online couldn't guarantee a local number). Once again Ken was there. He again took the time to show me how to use the added items to my plan. Had to go back today because when I got my new number something happened and I no longer had voicemails. Horrible. It is Monday morning. They are supposed to open up at 10am (when I got here). It is now 10:52 and the doors are still locked. 5 people have come and left so far. This is terrible business. This at&t location is the best I've ever visited. The people working there were so helpful and knowledgable. I dread buying new phones because it always takes so long but I was in and out in under an hour. I recall telling the employees that this was the easiest phone buying experience I had ever had.
