Edit 3: Day 67: @uBreakiFix is the incompetent company @Google uses to avoid liability on their products. This message was psychically typed and not automated. 67 days. Still no fix. Corporate promised it, then sided with the store, then went silent. You still want me to drive back so you can "fix" a screen that already works. That's not service. That's stalling until I get tired. Google handed their warranty to a chain that can't follow a simple ticket and then acted like the customer is the problem. Tagging you both until somebody with a brain actually reads the file. Edit 2: day 39 of this store and its owner trying to steal from me. Do not allow this place to fix your phone. Send it to the company. DO NOT WALK OR CALL THSSE PEOPLE. TLDR: Run Long version: My pixel 10 fold wouldn't charge. They had to completely replace the motherboard to fix it. New phone basically. I find out they don't have a part so I drove over for them to waste 20 minutes testing it. Now I call them the day the part gets there and graciously tell them I will come Friday to help them instead of Tuesday. My phone broke on the weekend mind you and it's supposed to be same day turn around. It's broken again now. Everything is bugging out including putting itself into airplane mode. Then while driving to get it fixed. My screen went out. They took up another 20 minutes of my time and said oh look it charges we will replace the screen.. hey manager stupid, the screen isn't broken!! Google didn't send me here for a new screen! When corporate calls I'm going to tell them to remove the owner of this franchise or force him to fire the manager. Edit1: the screen is fine again. The manager would have cost Google money replacing a working screen. This is what happens when stupid people think they are smarter than their customers.

I would like to clarify that moe and griffin are very helpful , however the one time I came in there they weren't. Tyler told me to go through insurance and Sell the phone off line which I did not do. The owners aren't helpful, they were rude, and what happened to the invoice when I traded my iPad for $40? They couldn't provide it, so where is my iPad? Also selling me another line I didn't need, an internet service that I didn't need, just to "justify " the plan that didn't even serve then blamed it on AI is unacceptable. I will no longer be with Verizon. Verizon had a lawsuit against them back in 2024 nationwide bc of the same issues and the same behavior. The only person that really was helpful there was
