Good luck. This place has knowledgeable experienced people that will help you out. Their prices do not seem to be much different than the big box stores. This place has an old timey hardware store feel to it, which I like. I noticed a lot of tradesmen coming in and out here, so obviously it's a good place. Apparently it's been around for a very long time. A locksmith friend told me to go here to get keys made. He said they do an outstanding job and they do it much cheaper than a locksmith would charge. He was right. The people here are professional and personable. Sometimes if they're busy, you have to wait a few minutes, but that's life kids.

The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. It's refreshing to shop at a place where the employees truly care about helping customers instead of just pointing them toward an aisle. The highlight of my visit was Bailee. She provided some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right products for my project. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and even offered helpful tips that saved me both time and money. At no point did I feel rushed, she made me feel like my satisfaction was her top priority. Bailee's professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into an exceptional experience. It's obvious she takes pride in her work and truly values every customer who walks through the door. Employees like Bailee are the reason people continue to support local businesses instead of shopping at big-box stores. Every interaction I had at Tobinson Ace Hardware was pleasant, and the entire team seemed committed to providing excellent service, but Bailee deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. Her dedication, expertise, and willingness to help exceeded every expectation I had. I highly recommend Tobinson Ace Hardware to anyone looking for quality products, fair prices, and customer service that is second to none. A huge thank you to Bailee for making my visit such a positive experience. I'll absolutely be returning for future projects and will gladly recommend this store to friends and family because of the outstanding service I received.
