I was trying to support a local business but this might be the worst floral shop ive been to... im not sure if there is a shortage on flowers or they are trying to take advantage of people that dont know about flowers. 100$ gets you about 3 roses, some leaves and few other flowers.... i would have been better off buying something at jewel for a fraction of the price and would have looked a-lot better.... WORST FLORIST experience ever!!!! My husband wanted to send me flowers for our 22nd wedding anniversary. He wanted an extra special arrangement so he chose Daisies (significant to a loss I suffered) He paid $65 for these daisies. Out anniversary was on a Saturday and they close at 1:00 pm. We had dinner and theater plans that evening. At 3:00 he phoned to ask where they were, and was told the driver had been out for hours so they were not sure. The flower's finally arrived at 5:00 pm. My husband added a $12 tip thinking it was goh g to be so amazing for me, and was also charged a $16 delivery fee. We had to miss our dinner in order to make the theater. The next afternoon two flowers were already DEAD. On day 3 almost the entire bunch was gone. Online it says these should last 7-10 days. I phoned them to tell them how very upset I was and I was told that the late delivery was "basically " my husbands fault because he didn't specify a time. When they close at 1:00 the thought was it would be by that time. And as for the flower quality I was grilled as to where I placed them?? I replied on my table. She proceeded to ask if it was too dark or too light? I replied there was no instructions on placement for survival nor was this the first flowers I had ever received. My children gave me flowers on Mother's day a few weeks ago purchased from a grocery store and they are still alive and well. I mentioned that maybe they died because they sat in a hot car all day. She indicated they only keep one delivery in the truck at a time and go back for more, however when my husband phoned on delivery day at 3:00 to inquire where they were he was told the driver had been out for hours and they didn't know when he would arrive. So she lied to me. They were unwilling to refund any funds and only offered new flowers. The "special" moment was gone, the experience was not good. My husband had worried all day long which wasn't enjoyable. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! read more

Really disappointed with this place. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on my mom's birthday, and turns out they never delivered them. They had more than 24 hours notice too and I got the confirmation e-mail and everything. If you aren't going to deliver something when we put down we want to get it delivered, then INFORM US please. Staying away from using them in the future. read more

Not only was our order even more beautiful than the photo on the website, the fellow who delivered it was so personable, personally wishing by bride of almost four decades (who had to be away tending to her mom after surgery) a enthusiast, "Happy Anniversary!" The good: they were able to quickly put together 2 bouquets for me when I was under a time crunch. They looked beautiful and I was surprised that they were able to approximate a bouquet listed on their website so well. The bad: They are very pricey. I wanted to add 3 white roses to a bouquet and they charged me an extra $15. If you are looking for a good deal, try a different flower shop. read more

I've ordered several arrangements from Glidden Campus Florist. One of which was an order to pickup at their location, and another one to be delivered for my anniversary. Both times, the designers did a fantastic job with the flowers, and I could tell they have a great attention to detail. I'm an artist by trade, so I appreciate the symmetry and style they use. My wife remarked "These are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!" (it was a rather large display with a fancy modern vase). I went there not knowing exactly what I wanted. I gave them an idea for colors and they created something that was perfect! I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. These people are horrible. We ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day and even paid premium to upgrade and they sent an ugly bouquet w three roses and not even remotely close to what we ordered. When I sent them the pics he tries to tell me that's a bad angle! This was from our family and what was supposed to be a nice surprise turned into an embarrassment.so sad! read more

I used this florist shop for my daughter's graduation bouquet and her party flowers. They did a great job with the bouquet! I asked to leave the party floors at the shop until after lunch but by the time my family got done with a long lunch they were closed. I thought I was doomed and would not be able to get the flowers. I had a graduation on May 8, my boyfriend waited until the day of to buy flowers (lilac roses). I'm glad he did because they were in the trash within the week. I had another graduation on May 23 and again he waited until the day of to purchase flowers. They had slim pickings to say the least. (The owner told me she was letting her supply run down. Despite the fact that it was a graduation day?) We ended up leaving with a bouqut consisting of a wide variety of things (a lily, carnations, a daisy, etc). Again, it has not even been a week and the flowers are trash. I have had grocery store bouquets last longer than both sets combined!
