Ordered the Love puppy bouquet and received I don't know what They called and said they had to switch to pink carnations. That was okay. Do they look the same to you? Does the pink one even look like a dog? No it looks like a well worn out teddy bear the dog plays with. read more

Kar-Fre Flowers did the bouquets for my wedding. We contacted them in October during the most intense part of the planning process for our April wedding. They let us know that we could come back in January or February and that it would all work out easily. They were one of the few venders we worked with that added zero stress to the process. They were friendly, professional, and extremely good at their jobs. They allowed us to buy and bring in succulents to save money, and took care of them until they were needed in the bouquets. What they produced was better than we had hoped for. The flowers and entire experience were great. read more

Absolutely disappointed with wedding flowers. The bridal party bouquets were mediocre, and the arch piece was horrible. Seven roses total in the whole arch piece, and was charged for a full piece. read more

Just ordered flowers here the other day. It turned out nice, but it didn't look like the design flowers on the website. The picture on their website looked very full of flowers, but when they made mine they lessened the amount of flowers delivered. I called them with NO IDEA about flowers for our last minute wedding, they asked me to send some pics I liked and from there they gave me some color ideas for my bouquet, my daughters wrist corsages and the guys boutonnieres. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and friendly!! I didnt see any of them til the day of my wedding and can't tell you HOW HAPPY I was!!!! They were perfect!!!! I originally heard about Kar-Fre in highschool! I had received bouquets and corsages from them. I knew when my fiancé (now husband) decided to get married in Sycamore at Blumen Gardens we would use them for our flowers! We worked with mainly Michelle. Not only did Kar-Fre provide us with beautiful flower but they were SO reasonably priced! I went in wanting something different and unique that went with our venue. Michelle was so great to work with and was open to our ideas. We bounced ideas back and forth and decided on centerpieces and bouquets as well as boutonnieres. On my wedding day before the ceremony, I was blown away when I saw my flowers. They were absolutely stunning. Kar-Fre exceeded my expectations. I had so many people commenting on my centerpieces and my bouquet. I know it was a very busy week for Kar-Fre being the same week as prom in Sycamore and so close to Mother's Day but they pulled it off and everything was absolutely beautiful. I am so glad to find this terrific florist so near my goddaughter. I ordered fresh flowers for her birthday and asked that the arrangement be pretty and fragrant. My goddaughter sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement she received. I used one of the arrangements shown on the website as a pattern, but I asked that they use the freshest flowers they had on hand. The result was excellent. Not only that, but my goddaughter works odd hours and the flowers could not be left at the door in the summer heat. So Kar-Free called her and coordinated the perfect time to deliver. I wish I could have been there for her birthday, but I am grateful that Kar-Fre was part of her birthday celebration. read more

I must say I've never seen service like Michelle and the gang @ KAR-FRE. This review is long, long overdue. For about 6 years I have used them. I live in California and my Mom lives in DeKalb. Used Kar-Fre to create and deliver flowers for a funeral service. Although we gave her little direction other then no gladiolas, she created the most beautiful arrangements for the urn and from the grandchildren. ordered flowers for my wifes milestone birthday, and expected them to show up while she had friends and family there..between 12pm and 5pm, they showed up at almost 7pm and I had spoiled the surprise because I thought they forgot. Also, somewhat expensive for what you get. read more
