These were people who told me they had worked in the hospitality and events industry for over a decade and had seen so many weddings over the years, and they said my flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen. I feel like that says everything. The pictures truly do not do them justice. Our professional wedding photos are not ready yet, but I took these on my iPhone because I just had to capture them.   The flowers were literally everything I wanted, but better. It was exactly what I explained to them and what I envisioned, to a T. The artists here are so experienced and truly gifted. I was honestly in disbelief when I saw them bringing in my flowers. I was over the moon. I genuinely think one of my favorite parts of the entire day was seeing my bouquet for the first time. It was incredible.   They were right on time, incredibly communicative, and reasonably priced. My reception and ceremony would NOT have been the same without them.    The flowers were an absolute showstopper. They looked like a gush of deep, romantic love. Beautiful, artsy, avant-garde, and whimsical, but still so tasteful. It was all just perfect!!    I love Jennny and the entire team. Celidan will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. These are GOOD, talented people who deeply CARE about what they do, and you can see that in their work.   If you want a detail-oriented, genuine, carefully crafted and curated, family-owned flower shop to do your flowers, then Celidan is the place. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.    Thank you again.  To my Celidan Family, Big Hugs and God Bless!

From the larger-than-life bouquets to the jeweled centerpieces, to the crystal candle holders loaned to me free of charge (and everything in between), my expectations were FAR exceeded! Every time I have shopped there, they have made us feel valued beyond the cost of the transaction. They are a boutique business selling high quality fresh flowers that are thoughtfully arranged on-site by hand, and as such, are at a price point that is typically above or stretching the very frugal budget I personally try to stay within for something perishable like flowers, and as such, I am not their typical return client. Yet every time, they have served us with as much care and consideration as a business would with their most dedicated repeat customers. For each special occasion, their thoughtfulness and extra time they took added to the sweet memories of the event. In this era of big-profit mass-scale corporations clamoring for our attention and dollars, I personally, more than ever, really appreciate the opportunity to patronize local small businesses run by real people who give really personalized service to every person who comes through their doors.

I did some searching through Google, but also wanted to check out reviews on Yelp. The June 14th review for DLN caught my eye. It seems that DLN staff takes customer service seriously. The other reviews for the shop were positive as well, so I gave DLN a call. I'm glad I did! I placed my order with Darlene. She was very pleasant as we went over options, and I chose a "plant garden" arrangement. The cost she quoted was very fair, and the delivery to my client was made the same day. (I called mid-afternoon so that was a nice surprise - she moved quickly to get the order delivered!) My client told me that the arrangement was beautiful, and that she would be able to separate out the plants and keep them in her home. I was thrilled to hear that! Darlene also followed up with an email, not only to send me a copy of my receipt, but to ask about MY business. It's nice when business owners take a moment to get to know their customers. But wait, there's more! A few days later, I received a thank you card in the mail. Such a nice touch. DLN's business card has been added to my Rolodex and you can bet that the next time I need to order flowers in the area she serves, I'm calling Darlene at DLN. Keep up the SUPERB customer service! And thank you!

From our first Zoom meeting through every call and email, Darlene was thoughtful, professional, and truly collaborative. She listened to our daughter's vision for a "rustic" formal barn wedding and incorporated her favorite flowers bringing it to life beautifully. Her flower and design suggestions perfectly complemented the venue and wedding party attire. She was also mindful of cost, repurposing arrangements from the ceremony for the reception. On the wedding day, Darlene and her assistant were attentive and flawlessly in command eliminating any stress related to the floral details. We felt completely confident in her care and couldn't recommend DLN Florist more highly.
