Hi! Just wanted to say that the flowers from Naperville Florist (my daughters and I worked with Grace) for our daughter -in-law's Boy Baby Shower yesterday were absolutely gorgeous and exquisite. We had our shower at The River Room at Elements at Water Street in Naperville. Everything was just so beautiful. We recommend that you use Naperville Florist for any of your events. You will be thoroughly satisfied.

Naperville Florist did an amazing and beautiful job with my dream wedding florals. They went above and beyond in making sure that their florals added a touch that absolutely completed my vision! I worked with Alex, who was very easy to talk to and extremely accommodating. Upon inquiring for their services, I was able to provide so many details and pictures of what I wanted for my wedding. They always set up time to speak based on my availability, which was extremely appreciated while I was planning everything else. I had no issues in explaining what I envisioned, and they executed so wonderfully. The delivery of the floral to two different locations was also smooth and efficient. Many of my guests wanted to bring our wedding florals home with them, and complimented how lovely they looked the entire night. I definitely recommend them for any floral needs!

Very pleased with the service and floral arrangement from Naperville Florist! I decided to try a new florist this year for my favorite auntie's birthday. The website is very simple to navigate and the pictures do not do the final product justice. I ordered the "Telefora's Backyard Butterfly Bouquet" (the standard size $59.95). When I first looked at this bouquet online, the butterfly basket looked to be of tin and didn't look all that. But in person it is *beautiful* and looks really rich! It is ceramic with a painted purple butterfly and a rustic rope handle. All my aunt talked about was 'you must have really spent a lot on this, I am so spoiled' I didn't know what she meant. Then I realized she was talking about the ceramic vase, she said it was so beautiful it looked really expensive. The flowers were pink & yellow, with two different kinds of pink roses, pink Gerbera flowers, a magenta accent (sinuata?), lavender Matsumoto asters, yellow astromeria, and some green fillers. It's a truly beautiful creation. Their local delivery fee was $14.95, not cheap but they arrived early and on the right day so I was happy.

I just received the most stunning arrangement from my niece, Kathy, as a thank you for something. The flowers were designed by Naperville Florist at 2852 W. Ogden Ave. Ste. 160 in Naperville. I would highly recommend calling them at 630-355-0800 if you ever need an arrangement sent locally. I absolutely love it and it is one of the top arrangements I've ever received! I just had to give them a shout out. I do t normally remember to write reviews but this time I had to make the time!

We ordered the flowers for our wedding (two bouquets, two corsages, and a cake topper) from Naperville Florist. I worked with Grace to plan the bouquet design and they came out beautifully to match my dark purple gown. Also coordinated with Alex regarding payment. The flowers were already there when we arrived at the venue, so I went to the shop on Monday to be sure the driver received their tip. Ordered flowers online for delivery this weekend. Splurged a little but not ridiculously so. The flowers delivered were stunning! So beautiful and so many!! It was amazing. And, unfortunately, we didn't realize that "presentation" style meant there was no vase. The recipient was searching for vases high and low throughout the house. Well, we contacted the florist they explained the verbiage and also sent over a big vase immediately. We didn't ask for that we were just confused about no vase. Grace and her team did lovely work for my wedding. The main flower we used was cailia lillies combined with other greenery, which is a unique flower for weddings. The quality and craftsmanship was truly top notch. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers looked in both the church and at the reception! I was blown away at how professional her business is - they even provided pillars for the large arrangements! I called for same day service, the day before a holiday no less! Thankfully they were able to fit my birthday delivery into the schedule. The only issue was there was no call to the recipient when the flowers arrived. It was really hot but the flowers perked back up. Flowers were beautiful but they started to fade within 24 hours. After 5 days most were wilted or completely dried with leaves and petals dropping. I watered every day as directed. Flowers from the grocery store last longer. read more

My initial consultation with Carol went well. I quietly flipped through magazines and pointed out…read moreconcepts/colors/styles I liked. Throughout all subsequent consultations (once the deposit was made), Carol seemed to push back/question my ideas. "Sunflowers are too casual" (even though they are my favorite flowers), and "Orange is too bold." She pushed me to select pastel colors... the opposite of what I wanted, even though I brought pictures of only bright colors. I tried to keep an open mind throughout all of our meetings since she was the expert and knew what was in season, within budget, etc., but even my simple request for a colorful bouquet was ignored, and I received the one thing I absolutely did not want: an all-white bouquet. Don't get me wrong, it was a lovely bouquet! I was just flabbergasted that of all requests, this one seemed like an easy one. At our final meeting before the wedding, she told me she had lost all the photos from our studio appointment, which is essentially a practice round for centerpieces. We also had 3 types of arrangements at our reception hall... low, medium, and tall. We opted for only 4 of the tall variety, as they were quite pricey. In all, the room did not need any tall centerpieces. I will also mention, our low centerpieces were lovely. I wish she had advised us to only use low and medium sizes. I emphasized that I was looking for lush bouquets for my bridesmaids (on a budget, but still full). The only way I can describe how they turned out is "spikey." So, in comparison, I'm happy I had a lush white bouquet rather than a colorful spikey one. To my surprise, walking into the wedding reception, I saw we had a HUGE head table floral piece that we didn't ask for (and frankly looked like something for a funeral home), and those flowers would have been much better utilized in the pieces we actually wanted... pretty bouquets. If I ignore the flowers, the wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. It is just a shame to spend so much on a detail I disliked. I'm not one to provide a negative review, but felt inclined to inform other brides who are still shopping. I'm sure she is as talented as the other brides have explained, but that was certainly not my experience.

Each and every piece was beautiful! The bridal bouquet was exquisite and the bridesmaids' bouquets and altar flowers were spectacular! I thank you for your creative and artistic talents....and I especially thank you for bringing in the gold candelabras to line the aisle at the church with the attached flowers! What a terrific idea, which added an amazing extra touch...and was such a wonderful surprise! Thank you for filling my white lanterns at the venue with the aisle flowers as well....they were just beautiful and added to the presentation. My favorite florist of all time as they did a great job for my wedding! I had hired Naperville florist back in 2019 to do my wedding. After many circumstances of postponing our wedding 3 times, they were still able to accommodate us. Not only their prices were the most affordable and competitive I could find, the end product did not disappoint. Grace made sure I was happy and she executed my vision even just for, the trial. My wedding was beautiful. My bouquets were perfect. They delivered all the way to Wheeling without a problem. And overall I am so happy of how beautiful the w=flowers were. Just check the photos! I have never posted a review before but felt compelled to do so this time. Yesterday I received the most beautiful arrangement of yellow long stemmed roses sent to me by our out of state friends. The long stemmed roses are soooo fresh and look like they were just picked. The baby's breath and greenery are equally as fresh. It looked like Grace took the time to arrange these flowers so artistically and with loving care. They were sent to make me smile after my cancer surgery and they did just that. This florist is absolutely perfection! we have ordered flowers, received flowers and gone into the Naperville store and purchased special arrangements from them. Every arrangement is pristine, absolutely beautiful and flawless. Their vases are beautiful and different as well. additionally, their flower selected are so numerous and not the normal arrangements you find at every other florist. Grace and her team did a WONDERFUL job with our wedding flowers! When we first met with her last fall, she made a sample centerpiece that was beautiful based off of some pinterest pictures. Close to the wedding, she was flexible to accommodate small changes as well. My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and better than I envisioned.
