Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like a professionally designed arrangement. I understand that the arrangement wouldn't look exactly like the picture on their website The problem was the overall quality. The arrangement looked unbalanced, unfinished, and lacked the care you would expect, especially for a sympathy piece. What was even more frustrating was how this was handled afterward. Instead of offering a solution, I was repeatedly asked to provide more pictures. Under normal circumstances, that might be reasonable -- but asking me to go back to someone who is actively grieving just to gather more photos feels completely insensitive and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was a $10 refund, which is barely the delivery fee. At no point was there a genuine effort to make things right, there was no replacement offered or a meaningful resolution. I would have much rather worked with a florist who values both quality and customer experience, especially during moments like this. Unfortunately, I can't recommend based on this experience.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same.

I went into this call pretty disappointed because my plans got messed up, but the service I got was incredible and I couldn't be happier. Also, my girlfriend loved the arrangement.
