I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same.

I feel like that says everything. The pictures truly do not do them justice. Our professional wedding photos are not ready yet, but I took these on my iPhone because I just had to capture them.   The flowers were literally everything I wanted, but better. It was exactly what I explained to them and what I envisioned, to a T. The artists here are so experienced and truly gifted. I was honestly in disbelief when I saw them bringing in my flowers. I was over the moon. I genuinely think one of my favorite parts of the entire day was seeing my bouquet for the first time. They had their exotic flowers enclosed in their cold storage refrigerators. They had digital displays to demonstrate the different custom chocolate covered fruit arrangements they make in house. Many preserved flower options and colors as well. Beautiful shop. Very helpful and kind staff. They were courageous to explain the differences in items and the care they take with their flowers and products. Please allow at least 24 hours for custom orders. So they can make them just as you like. I recommend going into the shop to look at what's available also. Very nice experience. They have free parking available for customers outside their shop.
