These people are terrific! Yesterday morning I called them in a panic (spoke with Amber) as we missed to order flowers for my neighbor's funeral. (Mans spouse passed away). Amber quickly checked to make sure they had inventory for our selected floral design after confirming placed the order. I had called around 9AM, they had delivered before the 11AM service. The funeral was held locally here in Franklin, but still this unbelievable service. After we arrived at the service, we were VERY impressed with the design and colors used (I didn't think it was proper to take a picture there). We selected "Pure Hope" but upgraded to the deluxe design, they added some pink roses and other to enhance the design. Thank you Amber and thank you to all at JP Parker that made this happen. 1st of all, what an incredibly nice staff they have here. My husband and I went in to discuss having a large piece commissioned for our living room. This flower shop gave gave us an amazing experience for my 18 year old daughter for her Senior prom. The associate spoke primarily to my daughter about what she wanted and walked her through the entire process of building her corsage and boutonnière. Cute and inviting little floral shop on the corner of the street across from Shapiro's Deli. You would love to spend hours going through this little shop!! From florals to pottery to chocolates, it is so much fun browsing. The staff made beautiful bouquets and arrangements while I waited, just so that I could take them home and they were FULL of cute accents to make each one special. The creativity of the staff was amazing. It's like they hear what your idea is and they take it from there!! No worries!! While I waited, they made each purchase just as special as the one before! What I paid was less than expected! A hidden gem in a quite area of Indianapolis. They even walked me to my vehicle to ensure my safety! Hello! I had two concerns with the experience: value and attention to detail. For value, I understand this industry caters to an experience, but to say the arrangement was underwhelming would be an understatement, especially for the cost. The arrangement was small to say the least, but it did seem to be of moderate quality. I am 100% confident I could have spent half the money to pay Shipt to go to Kroger and deliver a better value and more impressive arrangement. In terms of attention to detail and with regards to the experience, the recipient has a small child and an easily upset dog, I specifically requested that the doorbell NOT be rang and instead they could be called or texted to avoid any commotion. Of course, 10 minutes in to the Baby's nap, the driver came straight to the door and rang the doorbell, putting the whole household in to uproar. What triggered this review was when I saw the delivery confirmation email today, it displayed a summary of the order and my instructions, in ALL CAPS, are clearly seen. I had hoped to impress the recipient with an arrangement for their Birthday and instead they had to spend 30 minutes of their Birthday quelling the equivalent of a riot in their own house. As much as I appreciated the concept of supporting a local business, I will be giving other local florists the opportunity to earn my business in the future. read more

JP Parker did our daughter's wedding July 28, 2018. They created beautiful bouquets for the daughter, bridesmaids, mother and grandmother corsages and boutonnière for groom, groomsmen and father's. They also had 2 large arrangements, window arrangements, altar flowers, flowers at guest book, flowers for cake, tossing bouquet, arrangements for 27 tables and ferns for reception. They did an OUTSTANDING job and were very professional every step of the way. They made our daughter's wedding a day we will never forget. Bring on the holly berries! After planning an intense company Christmas party for months, I realized on the week before the big event that I had totally forgotten about my centerpieces! Walking into the store was an experience all in itself. It smelled amazing, there was a flurry of activity and friendly chatting and the colors and variety of flowers was amazing. To top it off, they grow their own sunflowers and peonys! I had a wedding consultation with Eileen and can't say enough about the experience. She listened, guided and took ownership of creating something fabulous. I can't wait to see what great ideas she comes up with. Great locally owned shop that does beautiful, fresh arrangements.

It appears I ordered one thing and my mom got another (see pictures). I understand some times florists have to substitute a little here or there but what I ordered was lush and green and what was received was a bit awkward and looks nothing like what I ordered. There are Gerber daisies in both and hydrangea but everything else is different. I also never received any communication about these changes. The thing that is making this a two star review and not a one star is the sole fact the flowers are of decent quality. read more

I ordered the " hugs and kisses" premium spray for my husband at IU after his liver transplant. I went through teleflora, and they chose JP Parker Flowers.The flowers arrived quick, but they were in a cheap red mason jar, and the flowers were VERY sparse, definitely not the large spray I should have received for the 80.00 I paid for them. The flowers were supposed to be white daisies and red roses. I got 2 roses when the description said 8 long stemmed, got some flimsy white hygrangeas, or something similar, and some red carnations. Oh, and the big UGLY pink sunflower / weed in the middle. I was embarrassed, and the card was wrong, saying "get well happy anniversary... " WTF? There were only two red roses, and all the flowers were short. I have ordered this same arrangement from other shops and received a large beautiful peice in a red vase with etched x and o's on it, long stemmed flowers spilling everywhere.
