He was concerned because I - being inappropriately, so last minute - placed an order for a beautiful floral stand 12-hours before my desired delivery. Nonetheless, he called me and explained how difficult it would be to navigate his personal schedule to fulfill my very last-minute order (valid!). After what seemed like an impossible situation, he asked if he could call me back. 10-minutes later, he was able to connect with his floral designer and come up with a plan to design what I had requested LAST minute based on what he had in stock.
